  1. Exactly! I need great music to balance things out.
  2. Seriously? How about the fact that he can't reclaim his spot because there's no spot to reclaim anymore? We play three starting backs, two of which are often in the backfield together. There is no spot for a "#1 back" on this offense, because that style of player is not being used. How blind are you guys? He doesn't have to "own up" to being a #1 back, because we don't use one, and we don't need one.
  3. Eighth most rushing yards in the league last year, with fewer attempts than six of the top seven. He was in the top three until the end of the season, when he missed nearly all of the last two games. You're being comically shortsighted. Also, who said he "needed" to split time, anyway? This McGahee hate is absolutely hysterical. He was the class of the team and one of the league's top backs last season, and now that two other players emerged while he was injured, he's suddenly worthless. Hilarious!
  4. It's Favre or Romo. Take your pick, because both will put up a ridiculous amount of points.
  5. Man don't play with me. I will slap you across the forehead.
  6. Posts, yes. I'll do that right now. Join date? We'll see. We are hoping to recover all lost information and have everything return to normal, but there's no guarantee of that with how it seems to be going. We will certainly try.
  7. On ESPN, a (supposed) sports information site, sure there is.
  8. Tommy Maddox, Derek Anderson, nearly Michael Vick...
  9. I know what it was. That's what I was talking about. And they are fairly soon, supposedly. Ustream is alright, but Stickam has superior bandwidth and traffic.
  10. Everyone should be able to register as normal, so feel free to let any buddies know. The issue with the invalid registration fields has been temporarily repaired.
  11. Preston? Article? ...p-p-positive? Woah.
  12. We have a huge HD LCD in our basement, but I stay in my room and watch on my 32" flatscreen with bunny ears. Just for you, Crav.
  13. It's supposed to be on a legitimate sports site. If he wants to write a "sports blog" full of inaccuracies and "oh hell yo dawg i be livin wit d-wade u know? he b reel kool", he's free to do it on his own, rather than on a website that--though it can be for entertainment--should at least seek fact over uneducated and over-popularized opinion.
  14. http://www.youtube.com/live Nothing is live now. They streamed a concert live. Supposedly, they will be letting users stream live eventually.
  15. ...he hasn't been labeled our sole starter in a year. He was injured to start the season, and still might be. In the system he's in now, surrounded by two other very good backs, he's fine. Is he healthy and capable enough to carry the load 30+ times each week? Probably not. But anyone considering that he's not worth the money, not worth being on the team, and not one of the best running backs in the league, is suffering majorly from Jamal Lewis Syndrome.
  16. "Donovan makes me look svelte, wearing that jacket like that."
  17. Lil Wayne is a complete moron and doesn't deserve even the cesspit that is ESPN. The fact that they'd put him on there (in the magazine no less) as if he knew something is a joke and a waste of my time. Here's just a random sampling of what he has to say. Just in the article Cleet linked. In case you weren't aware, the Lions have won ONCE on Thanksgiving Day in the last eight years. ----- Now, as far as the game goes, I don't mind it at all. I prefer Sunday night to Monday night by every stretch, and 4:15 games are just horrible. It doesn't hurt my feelings much.
  18. Oh, god. I had one of the more popular pages on there, until I got rid of it because of how comically childish it is. I have a feeling that it has reached its apex, because of YouTube's new LIVE feature.
  19. I think the playoff situation is incredibly tight. Indianapolis beating San Diego tonight really put a wrench in our chances for a wild card. A loss by them really would've evened things up, considering the schedules. New England still (surprisingly) has division contenders to battle. Buffalo and Miami both have very easy remaining schedules (games against themselves and the Jets are the toughest left). I'm still looking at the division, because it's our safest possibility in my mind, and closest to our control. Steelers have a tough, tough schedule remaining, and it all seems to line up such that our showdown here next month will mean everything. I will feel most comfortable pulling for New England next weekend, and seeing what happens after that. If the Steelers beat Dallas, the Cowboys might not have anything to play for by the time we get them. However, I don't think they're as strong as advertised with Romo back. It's all fun to screw around with in your head, but there's way too many opportunities for way too many teams, yet. Let's beat (that is, not tie) Cincinnati first.
  20. And when the Terps beat you next weekend, so will yours.
