I agree with a downtown race track. It should be attached to a casino with table games and sports book. Also connect an arena and hotel. The 4 things pulled together as a destination. As for the Preakness leaving I believe I recall it was talked about as a possiblity in Fla. Some track down there was said to be perfect.
Well I would say that not being able to byob is a rule change. It has lowered the infield attendance. What Annapolis has done I agree is wrong. The Preakness will leave MD and it is Annapolis' fault.
