  1. Just bet the 2 horse in the 5th race...
  2. It's really looking good.... A 2 back 2 TE offense....Pita, the Smith Brothers, Daniels, Rice and Juice catching balls out of the backfield..Jones...Brown....they are going to be nasty.
  3. This is going to be one mean, deep and nasty bunch of MOFo's come opening day. In other news....
  4. I know...it's just shorts....
  5. AGREE!
  6. He's going to really help open up this offense.
  7. I'd like to see a solid running game with short to intermediate passes thrown in. I still like the 50/50 run pass ratio. When that is working it brings the defense in closer to the LOS and loads the box. That free's up Joe to make 2-4 big pass plays a game....something he does better than most QB's in the NFL.
  8. I thought he was Billick's Randy Moss.
  9. During OTA's the Ravens practice in shorts and there's no hitting, but with that in mind, I like what I'm hearing....and seeing. There are a ton of video's on the Ravens website. Ray Rice is back to form. He has the burst and second gear back. Forsett has been turning heads. Torry Smith and Steve Smith are catching everything. I hear nobody can remember a ball thrown to Steve hitting the ground and he has Torry comming back for the ball. Torry has been making spectacular catches while being well covered. Arthur Brown has added 8 lbs of muscle while not losing any speed. He wants to start. Pita and the receivers love Kubiaks system. It's made to order for a lot of catches, yardage and TD's. Joe is throwing very well. Jimmy Smith is hitting the next level which for him is INT's. The combo of Eugene Monroe-Kelechi Osemele is developing into a strong point on the line. They are developing a solid working relationship that will pay off in road grading and KO knowing when he can slide protection to the middle. And....Eisenberg writes a nice article here about the whole team being hungry and wanting to prove that, as individuals and as a team, last year was a fluke.... http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/Eisenberg-ALL-Ravens-Players-Have-Something-To-Prove/6def1e1c-9f39-433b-aede-648124d09aa4
  10. That's about right...
  11. Ray Rice has dug himself one huge hole and he faces a uphill battle to show that last season was an anomaly. I want a big nasty North/South power RB. They need to "take it to the defense"....play kick ass, smash mouth football. Jah Reid???? He's had his chance and his off the field stuff is not helping his cause any. I think this O line will be good....especially if a good run blocking RT emerges from the group. Not a great line, but solid enough. They should protect Joe well.
  12. His value would be knowing what opposing offenses and QB's are going to do.....calling the coverage's.
  13. 9-10 wins for sure. They could be 7-3 at their bye....maybe 8-2. It's going to be a good year.
  14. Look on the bright side. He learned in the rookie symposium to call a cab if he's been drinking. He did. Now all he needs to learn is "Don't punch the windows out".
  15. They'll be another 10 years trying to clean up their image.
  16. Yes...and he co authored a book with Bill..... If you read the book, then you'll see all the organizational skills and structure that be brought to the Ravens. I really think they would still be "The Browns" if he had not done that. He was a great hire.
  17. I will not argue that at all.
  18. The Ravens have some depth....
  19. vmax

    woah... deep
