I'm all in on the karma thing. That's true. You reap what you sow. And we really haven't advanced much since the first men. We kill anything different from us or anybody who has what we want or need. If you are differen,t then we try to make you the same as "us". Different is translated as "inferior"...weird, strange, abnormal...then problematic...then "must do away with". As for how we slaughter animals and consume their dead carcass, I became a vegetarian over 12 years ago. I can't take the high road on that because it happened purely by accident. My daughter would not eat meat so I had to make meals for her. I started to eat them, 1 meat free day became 2...then 3...then I began to fell 100% better and have way more energy and mental clarity. I run into guys from my high school class and I look 10 years younger...I feel that way too. They all have something wrong with their bodies. Anyway...I'd be eating meat today if that hadn't happened. Glad it did. We're a Whole Foods family. papa...thanks for posting the material on us not living in a free society anymore. It doesn't make me feel any better, but maybe with awareness comes change. That's what I hope this huge catastrophe leads to...o. Positive, life giving and building change. We either evolve, take the next step or go the way of the dinosaur. We are really pissing away a damn good thing.

I work all over Montgomery County every day. Basically from Potomac to Frederick. When I can, I try to go home via rt 70. I know what you mean about the bottle neck at 70 and 695. I miss that because I go to the right to Catonsville and miss it but that has to be a horror after a long day and long ride home. 200 is a time and life saver. I also prefer 29 to 95. I refuse to get caught up in the insane "in-a-hurry with no regard for life" driving habits. The right hand lanes are now passing lanes for the 75-80 mph swerving drivers. When you do 70 mph you are literally having cars blow by you on the right and left. To move into the right hand lane is now a death defying experience. The morons think they are getting to work faster. But do the math on 65 vs 75 mph and factor in the traffic lights and grid lock on 495....you just can't save any real time. The truth is that maybe they can gain 3-5 minutes. The insanity is that for them, human life, permanent, crippling injury is worth gaining these 3-5 minutes. You also are now taking your life risk if you drive the safe braking distance behind the car in front of you. This is an open invitation for 587 drivers to pull in front of you or to use that opening to swerve across 3 lanes. If the car in front of you hits their brakes, PILEUP!!!!! A huge portion of the human population in this country are self centered jerks....and they don't know it.

But guys.....come on...I really care about the animals and all life.....but most of the humans that will be suffering and killed off are future innocents who did not cause this. They will suffer "the sins of the father". I can't look at my kids and think" they deserve to die." I know you didn't mean it this way. I admit to being part of the problem. I knew this was true when I was a teenager... .....but I didn't yell and rebel loud enough. I did not think we could be so foolish and stupid or that the consequences would be this severe in such a short time or that they might be irreversible. I just wanted that 454 engine.....

That's what I'm talking about! This team is not that far apart from coming together and being highly competitive this season. The parts are in place with some more on the way.

I bet they do it the week leading up to their pre season game. This should be very good because both teams don't like each other. Hatred breeds great competition which get's you in the best shape for the regular season. "Who's got it better than us!?!"
