I'm looking for improvement in the defense from here on out. Every area that the D can get better in will be huge toward making it to the playoffs and going farther. Then I'm looking for a significant reduction in penalties. The Ravens are getting out of control here and it has hurt them. Next: Winning on the road. Finally, establishing a running game. The Ravens 13th ranking is deceiving. They are 22nd in attempts. They are #5 in ypc with a very respectable 4.7 ypa. They will need to run the ball more to beat certain teams. Plus it forces defenses to play honest and allows Joe to keep the heat off of him. I do think Cam and Joe know what they are doing here. Because they have the deep passing game and the explosive play, when teams focus on stopping Rice, they go over the top. When teams play back, they give them a dose of Ray Rice. Cam is set on preserving and keeping Rice healthy for the final stretch of the season and playoff run....so he wants to limit Ray's rushing carries....not so much his receptions, because he doesn't get pounded by tackles, guards and LB's on these plays. Ray will get his touches....I think he's the best RB in the NFL. He will be a real tough weapon to unleash down the stretch.

Man was this game ugly, but it's a win for Maryland thanks to an improving defense. The Terps ran the ball 43 times for 53 yards...a 1.2 ypc. The O line is JV. They got eaten alive. Hills can't throw. He doesn't see the game....you can't do anything special with him. 2 fumbles...1 INT....but...Wake was worse. I actually like what I see on defense. This unit is good. The offense and special teams are two weak units. It looks like they need an O line and a QB Stephon Diggs was the difference...1 catch that he turned into a 63 yard play to the 3 turned the game around. At least the 3-2 Terps can't go 2-10 this year. That 3-2 record is deceptive. Edsals got a long way to go.

That was a great 30 minutes on Joe. Because he was wired, you could hear how passionate he is. He was funny, confrontative, accountable, confident, fearless, tough, athletic...everything you want in a franchise QB. Until last years AFC Championship game Joe Flacco was the greatest kept secrect in the NFL. The media kept trying to pound him under the dirt and all he and the Ravens kept doing was win...since he started as a rookie. Joe knows how to win.

I think that he is Dee. Not just because he's he's passionate about this cause. If he takes the next step and 'comes out' as an NFL Gay Player then he could break ground in the sports world too. I think we'll see it.

Massive traffic jamb..City shut down.....Ravens/O's/Baltimore Sports fans hanging out from 9am untill midnight...one friggn'n wild ass party all de doo dahhh day! This town will be crazy all day tomorrow....sports bars packed....Orange and purple everywhere. Hell....I've been out shopping all morning and you can see and feel the energy everywhere. Men, women and children wearing the colors....stands on street corners selling gear. This is friggn'n awesome.

Classic Orioles win. Saunders was strong...kept it close...bull pen shuts the door. Loved my first Orioles playoff game in 587 years. Damn that was fun! The look on Bucks face at the end was priceless...he's loving this. He was aggressive and played to win. Bring on the Stankies!
