The most the Ravens could get for Williams is a second round pick. That would be putting them over a barrell. I'm sure he'd be gone in a heartbeat if they offered a first...bit that ain't gonna happen.

The O's pitched something like 27 shutout innings before last nights run. It's August 7th and they are legitimently in the playoff race.

I just bought the $69 package. I get everything untill July 31st 2013. Took a peek at the coaches film and love it. This is the best bargan. The other packages stop in January before the playoffs...then you pay another $25+ to see them and all the past games until July 30th.

This isn't about Rex. It's about Cam getting the most out of what he had to work with and his unit being a contributing factor to the Ravens overall strategy to win games. Their winning record is proof enough. That Ozzie and Harbaugh want him is proof that he's a "team coach" and doing well within their winning philosophy. Shit...he had a rookie QB, rookie RB and rookie HC and went to the playoffs in his first year as the Ravens OC.

I disagree. There is a team philosophy and strategy on how to win games. The Offense, Defense and Special Teams work in tandum to achieve that. Cam has to fit his offense into that. Ozzie gets him big ass road grading lineman because he wants to run. He wants to be physical. They want to win the field position battle, time of possession, turnovers and control the game....Ravens football. To Cam, Ozzie and Harbaugh a dump off pass to Ray Rice is a run. They want him in the second level with the ball. Joe is a "Steward" with the ball. His job is to not turn it over, and put the D in a tight spot. Joe does that well. Joe has to be able to make the "big play". He does that well too. For most of his career Joe did not have the pass protecting line and receivers that he needed for this team to be pass happy. So Cam put Joe in the best position to succeed as a QB and for the offense to succeed in their role of the overall game plan for winning. Slowly Ozzie's been getting Joe and Cam the pieces to open it up and really be deadly. Just might see it happen this year.

Only game kicks matter. We'll have to evaluate the pre season games. Practice only shows if the guy has a leg.

I didn't go...too hot and humid. The Westminister mornings were great before the heat of the day set in. I miss them. We'll have to wait until 7:30 Thursday to see them. So the crowd spoke...Tucker's bringing the heat. I'm trying to remember all the great things Cundiff has done because he was dependable until that last kick. The Ravens ran through a lot of kickers before they settled on him. The long kickoffs don't matter anymore since they moved the tee up. If the cut Billy and go with Tucker and he disappoints, then they could go another stretch of seasons trying to find a solid kicker. I got that "Al Del Greco" image in my mind and can't shake it. Whatever happens, I can't leave early for the bathroom like I would when Stover trotted onto the field. I hear they cheered when it was anounced that Phelps won #22. Time is running out to get Ngata, Smith, McKinnie and McPhee practice reps for Thursday. I feel like it's running out for Kindle. He needs to make a statement Thursday. Jacoby Jones had a nice grab and the fans cheered him. I'm warming up to him. It will be hard to game plan the passing game if he becomes dependable.

Todays Hall of Fame Game remends me that next year we get to see Jonathan be indicted into the Hall. The first Raven to make it. Time flys.
