cravnravn Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 They held Miami to 20 yards rushing in 23 attempts. They are legit in the run stop.Tannenhill got them for 272 yards through the air..Hope Caldy doesnt want to get back to basics and pound the rock.. Quote
Robjr83 Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 Weeden put up good numbers last year against us @ the bank. Without Williams pick 6 we could have lost that game. MIA was all over Weeden last week. If we have a consistent pass rush we should win Sunday. Any news if Oher is playing? Quote

This is Caldys O now and you just saw it in Denver....He's all about the pass, what did we get running, like 58 yards total or something...We won the SB with Cams system and Caldy calling it....He did a good job of that but I don't like his pass happy system....That's why we only have 2 RB's on the roster, he don't think you really need them.... Goooo Ravens !!!! Quote
varaven45 Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 I'll probably get chastised for the anti-homer comment by I see this game as a toss-up or pick em. Though 0-1, Cleveland has improved since last year. Our team has ........ Cleveland's D is rock solid and I don't see us putting up much points, especially with all our injuries, departures, etc. We wont get squat in the running game and Joe has to hook up with Torrey on a few big gainers. We put up 14-17 points...maybe. More points if we score a defensive TD. Our D should be able to hold Cleveland's offense although Trent R could rip off a few big runs if the passing game opens it up. If we keep pressure on Weeden all game and don't let off the pedal, we should contain him. I do see him getting a few long gainers and a couple TDs. It could easily come down to a last second FG and hopefully we pull it out. Given this teams status and mindset, if this game right now (game 2) were in Cleveland, we lose the game. Glad its at M & T and as a Ravens fan, I don't care how we win so long as we win. We are beat up, missing key players all over the place, and stinging from last Thursday embarrassing loss.Hopefully, our guys our pissed enough and their pride will elevate this team to victory in a very, very tough game. That's our best case scenario for a win. It should be a 17-14 type game and hopefully the good guys are in the W column ! Quote
cravnravn Posted September 11, 2013 Author Posted September 11, 2013 So now I shouldnt take the Ravens -7 Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 The Brownies have been playing the Ravens tought at least once a yr for about the last 3. They won't get the run going like they have in the past though. Quote
vmax Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 It will come down to a Cundiff field goal as the clock expires. Quote
vmax Posted September 11, 2013 Posted September 11, 2013 This is a shocking topic coming from you crav. No way the Ravens lose to that inept blubbering mass of NFL wannabes. Quote

The brain is in confused mode, if we play 4 quarters lie we played the first 2 quarters vs Denver, we will be fine, yet on the left side of the brain, if we play the game lie we played the last 2 quarters vs Denver, We could be in for a long afternoon.. REPEAT !!!! Quote
