papasmurfbell Posted January 25, 2017 Posted January 25, 2017 At some point in a game that is out of reach I think they will give him a shot to break the record. Quote
oldno82 Posted January 26, 2017 Posted January 26, 2017 At some point in a game that is out of reach I think they will give him a shot to break the record. That would be a classy thing to do. I hope Harbaugh hears you. Quote
tsylvester Posted January 26, 2017 Posted January 26, 2017 No chance in a game, the trajectory would have fo be too low. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted January 26, 2017 Posted January 26, 2017 It was already broken in a game. They can be in a game that is out of control in either direction and decide to do it then. Quote
varaven45 Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 I got it - why not just have Tucker hit 10 FGs a game. That's 30 points. All we have to do is get 1 or 2 first downs; reach mid field; then hand the game over to Tucker. Quote

papasmurfbell Posted January 30, 2017 Posted January 30, 2017 Isn't that the strategy now? Remember how they overly relied on Stover for points. They have fallen into the same problem. Quote
vmax Posted January 30, 2017 Author Posted January 30, 2017 The Ravens had the 21st ranked scoring offense averaging 21.4 points a game. That's 343 points. Tucker made 114 of them on field goals and 27 on extra points. That's 41% of the offense. Not Good.If the offense could have turned 1/2 of his attempts into TD's they would have been the #6 scoring offense in the NFL....and in the playoffs.
