The Baltimore Ravens have reached a one-year agreement with quarterback Robert Griffin III, providing an experienced backup to Joe Flacco.

 

The Ravens initially brought in Griffin to throw to receivers in a recent workout. That led to another meeting with team officials and eventually an agreement late Tuesday.

 

In announcing the deal, Ravens general manager Ozzie Newsome said that Griffin "had a real good workout" for the team last week.

It's a real wonder how RG3 left the bldg. without tripping over something, falling down, and hurting his other knee. Some players are just prone to injury. As for me, I am starting to truly wonder what is going on in the heads of those decision makers at the Castle. Remember not too long ago when the Ravens, OUR TEAM FROM BALTIMORE, were not so long ago, consistent challengers of the playoff's when they stepped onto the field? Sadly, it appears that those days are gone. I think Harbaugh is a good Head Coach, but should not carry the water for the Front Office. My fellow fans, the Ravens appear to be headed down the road right in to Camden Yards at Oriole Park.

If I play the "Maybe" game then maybe the year off gave him time to really get healthy and in shape.

Maybe he can run again.

I never said we didn’t have any black qbs I said this fan base doesn’t support them the way they do the white ones, Joe has been a bum in 2013,2015,2016,2017 and you guys are just getting around to wanting him outta here, there is no way in hell it would have taken this long for the fan base to be fed up with this kind of quarterback play if the guy under center was black
