tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Kennard is supposed to be a good cover linebacker, missed tackles lead to a 44 yard gain Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Evans wide open, despite Peters holding, good thing it was thrown too far Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Right side of the defense gets pushed into the ocean, Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 And again, 7-3 Tampa, gonna be a long night Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Boring, we don't need the age run down, AL Needs to retire Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Wow, really, Hill was wide open in thr flat, or better yet, run once you break the pocket, I'm not staying up for this crap.... Quote
papasmurfbell Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Lets give tom more and more possessions. Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Run you freaking idiot, run... I'm with papa now, trade him Quote
papasmurfbell Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 andrews down. Now Lamar needs to spread the ball around. Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Should be an auto audible; when they have 7 in the box, run. When 8 or more pass. He looks so doggone confused out there, who doesn't know the pass thrown away has to go past the Los? Trade dead line is next week, trade him over the week end Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 I'm going to bed. This is pure garbage from the play selection, to execution... can't even run a screen play with out either losing 3 yards or running into your own man. Lamar can't even see a 300 LB man running right at him Quote
papasmurfbell Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Go for it on 4th down in field goal range with the greatest kicker in history. What do you get? Quote

papasmurfbell Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Blocked FG on the 61 yd try. Who needs 3 pts? Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Put Huntley in for the 2nd half, bet he puts touchdowns on the board Quote
vmax Posted October 28, 2022 Author Posted October 28, 2022 (edited) The 1st half was a piss poor Ravens offensive performance. The Ravens scored on every possession of the 2nd half and the D did their job. If the Ravens ever put together 4 straight quarters of solid team football, they will be unbeatable. Maybe that happens in the playoffs? I'm starting to feel better about this season. 453 total yards of offense.... against the Bucs D. Impressive. Lamar hit 7 receivers for 238 yards at 8.8 yards per catch. Yea. It was terrible passing in the 1st half and Roman's play calling....30 passes.... mind boggling. Houston...2 sacks, 2 tackles for a loss, 2 QB hits...big game. He's earned the right to be a leader. Happy for him. How about Duverney! 4 catches on 4 targets for 31 yards for 7.8 ypc. Then 2 runs for 33 yards for 16.5 ypc. 3 punt returns for 24-yard average. Robinson sighting! 6 receptions fpr 64 yards for 10.7 ypp. Then Likely's break out night: 6 receptions for 77 yards for 12.8 ypp and 1 TD. All this because Andrews and Bateman were out, and Lamar had to find his other teammates. Other than letting the Bucs march right down the field on their opening drive, the D showed up. 3 sacks on Brady. 6 QB hits. 5 tackles for a loss. The penalty situation was really bad: 7 for 101 yards. Unacceptable. Ravens win time of possession 38:23 to 21:37 Edited October 28, 2022 by vmax Quote
tsylvester Posted October 28, 2022 Posted October 28, 2022 Wow, let me say again, WOW 13 MINUTES THEY HELD THE BALL! 24 PTS IN THE SECOND, THE SECOND HALF! Are you kidding me? Okay, so the defense gave up pts again in the 4th quarter, it came down to an onside kick recovery to win the game, again... So the offense played poorly, horribly in the first half just so that they could be brilliant in the 2nd half? Roman was terrible with play designs/calls in the first half, but is masterful in the 2nd half? You can't tempt fate like, it only works once. Like the Ravens, I am flip-flopping, sign Lamar What a half! 5-3! The injuries don't look serious, though a hammy can linger, poor Gus. Likely, now that is the type of play he showed in camp and pre season, good for him! 1 Quote
vmax Posted October 28, 2022 Author Posted October 28, 2022 (edited) Jeff Zrebiec • TweetShift BOT — Today at 12:39 AM Multiple Ravens confirmed Harbaugh's account that it was the offensive game plan to throw a lot early, try to spread the Bucs out, see if they can pop some plays against a banged up secondary and then tire them out. So they can take the game over in second half with run game. Ravens fans took over Tampa: Edited October 28, 2022 by vmax update Quote
