The Ravens have the running back, but who is blocking for Derrick Henry? I think they trust their draft picks, but may continue drafting and developing.

30. BALTIMORE RAVENS: WR Xavier Worthy, Texas

Mr. 4.21” likely booked a ticket to the first round with his record-breaking 40-yard dash at the scouting combine. I could see the Ravens as a potential landing spot. Getting that constant deep threat on the field would open things up for Zay Flowers and Mark Andrews underneath.

62. BALTIMORE RAVENS: T KIRAN AMEGADJIE, YALE

93. BALTIMORE RAVENS: CB RENARDO GREEN, FLORIDA STATE

Baltimore Ravens: Tyler Guyton, OT, Oklahoma

The Ravens could stand to bolster their guards. Lamar Jackson was the MVP when he had Marshal Yanda blocking for him.

Tyler Guyton is a massive tackle with great athelticism for someone his size.

Baltimore Ravens: Ja'Lynn Polk, WR, Washington

The Ravens could use another receiver with Odell Beckham Jr. being a short-term option.

Ja’Lynn Polk has a nice blend of size, speed, and route-running ability.

Baltimore Ravens: Ro Torrence, CB, Arizona State

The Ravens have some weaknesses in the secondary that must be addressed.

Ensign Ro Torrence is a big cornerback, but comes with some speed question marks.

Baltimore Ravens: Javion Cohen, G, Miami

The Ravens lost some offensive linemen in free agency that will need to be replaced.

Javion Cohen is a strong interior lineman with plenty of power.

If there is an O-lineman who's on our radar and within 4-5 spots where we're drafting, we have to take him over a WR and CB. Not saying we don't need the last two but O-line has to have priority.

The Ravens may go receiver or corner here instead, but they have a need at tackle, and Latham is excellent value for them this late in the first. Plus, it's not like the Ravens don't have a long history of drafting Alabama players.

Houston · OT · Senior

After trading Morgan Moses to the Jets -- and given Ronnie Stanley’s injury history -- Paul is an appropriate choice for Baltimore. The 6-foot-7 1/2, 331-pound blocker could compete with Daniel Faalele and/or Patrick Mekari for the right tackle job or step in if Stanley misses time again this season, as the veteran has not played 14 games or more in a season since 2019.

Oklahoma · OT · Junior (RS)

Ravens GM Eric DeCosta needs to address the edges, with Morgan Moses traded away and Ronnie Stanley struggling to stay healthy. Guyton is an intriguing option as a potential Day 1 starter at right tackle, and he has enough athleticism to eventually move to the left side.

30. Baltimore Ravens – Amarius Mims, OT, Georgia

The offseason defections were to be expected, but Baltimore was still left with a number of holes and limited resources for patching them. If the Ravens were able to secure the massive Mims (6-8, 340 pounds), it would have an answer at right tackle after the trade of Morgan Moses − and potentially a contingency plan at left tackle if Ronnie Stanley can't shake his injury woes.

30. Baltimore Ravens
Tyler Guyton, OT, Oklahoma

Given the injuries and/or inconsistencies at the tackle spots in recent seasons, the Ravens should look to add a tackle here at the back end of the first round. Tyler Guyton is incredibly athletic for his size and is pro-ready as a pass-blocker.

62. Baltimore Ravens

Max Melton, CB, Rutgers

30. Baltimore Ravens — Kingsley Suamataia, OT, BYU

This offensive line class is so deep that a player like Suamataia, who is very talented but still raw, would usually climb up about 10 spots higher because of the usual lack of talent at the position. Instead, here is a player with real upside as a blindside blocker available for the Ravens. Suamataia will need development, but would give the Ravens a potential needle-mover in the long term, while also helping shore up a position of need.

This is a new one.  I havent seen him before.

Mims did some otherworldly stuff in Indianapolis at the combine at nearly 6-foot-8 and 340 pounds. He's the type of oversized, overwhelming blocker the Ravens love.

The Ravens signed Derrick Henry, but he’s obviously not the solution for the long haul.

Cody Schrader was very productive at Truman State before transferring to Missouri.

30. Baltimore Ravens

Keon Coleman, WR, Florida State

Keon Coleman is a big-bodied receiver who has more explosiveness than top-end speed. But his best ability may be his contested-catch ability, which could be a true asset for Lamar Jackson. Jackson can simply put the ball in a general area and Coleman can go up and get it.

30. Baltimore Ravens: T JC Latham, Alabama

The markets believe the Ravens are taking an offensive lineman, with them being -210 on DraftKings to do so. They have a hole at right tackle after trading Morgan Moses, which is why JC Latham is the pick here. Latham matches a lot of what Baltimore looks for in tackles, and he should be a mauler in their scheme.

Rick Spielman -- The Ravens get younger and cheaper at offensive tackle after trading Morgan Moses to the Jets.

With all the round one talent supposedly available in round one we should at least be able to replace Moses without too much trouble.

Meanwhile it's hard to say what Ronnie Stanley has left. He might make a career resurgence or have another disappointing year. Either way I'm glad they reworked and downsized his contract and loaded it with incentives.

I think they're in a self-destruct mode. That has to rate as one of the worst trades in NFL history.

Maybe, he is over 30 now, a time when many/most slow down. Without his speed, is he worth paying the last two years of a $90 mil contract?

Better to get rid of one a year early than a year late.

Maybe, likely the best deal that they could get considering

I see things in a different light today...I don't think it's as bad a deal as I thought yesterday but I'm surprised they couldn't get more for him, like a 2 and a 4 without giving up any of their own picks.

$31 million in dead cap ain't nothing to be sneezed at.
