Sry misunderstood.  I would have loved to have kept him.  He has an edge we have been missing.

It makes perfect sense.  Minter has no power edc and sashi have it and minter will be at attn at their heel.  I said they are fixing the deck.

With Buffal and Pit, to some extent, Minter can get what he wants as far as control over the team. Three orgs that have a history of winning and loyal to their coaches.

We are not talking about him only having to pick between losing franchises like the Clevelands of the league

sean should have been fired a while ago.  I’m not sure how the gm in buf got a promotion.

Macdonald is as much a Harbs nepo baby as Minter.  Your argument is invalid

Then give Minter the chance as well.  This guy sounds good.  I'm glad we didn't get Kubiak due to him sounding pretty docile.  I still kind of wanted the DC from the Jags, but only because he was a motivator.

Flores is blackballed for sure...Maybe he'll stay with MN and become their coach if they have another down year.

I have no issue saying I was unsure about him when he went to Seattle.  He was super young.  Also his d hadn’t been a killer long.  But in hindsight he was so very ready.i wish we had kept him.

JLC is an unbearable douche who finds a nut once in awhile.  A lot of people claimed Minter, but where did you hear Decosta and Sashi would control him?

What Grub said, honestly, JLC has been wrong more than weather forecasters. How he still has a job in radio is beyond me.

Due to where I live, I rarely listen to the fan anymore, but I was in Baltimore yesterday and on the way home, I had a listen to the afternoon show.  JLC was being torn apart by the fans calling in.  It was glorious.

Hey he may have a grating personality but on some things he is wrong.  I call bs on his revisionist history on harbs.  I call bs on him saying we have to give Lamar a new deal.  I don’t agree with him philosophically.  But on these issues I heard him call it.

How true. Best not to get too full of ourselves because of our limited knowledge. For the most part, all we can really do is speculate, which is 'fun' but not always factual.

Now that a choice has been made, let's give Minter at least a year to get the team on his wavelength.

I wanted Kubiak or Denver's DC but that didn't happen. I think Minter has just as much potential as either of them.

Ok.  Here is the question looking at our div. What is the min allowable production for 26?  I say win the div.  The d is a top third unit.  Finally a respectable effort in the playoffs.  If that doesn’t happen yr 1 is a failure.  Let’s see how much of the staff stays.  It should be a damn near house cleaning but I don’t expect that.

what player was sour on ore at dc?  It was all kudos when that was done.  Now where are 5hose attaboys?
