  1. 3 years, $25 mil. I am glad he hooked on, so long as it wasn't with the Ravens.
  2. Gilmore to the Pats, $14 mil per year..ouch
  3. Jackson to the Bucs. Maybe opens the door for Ross to fall to the Ravens at 16... Not that they will pull the trigger..
  4. Jefferson should be a good signing, young, talented, needs to improve in coverage. But he can tackle, has good instincts, blitzes well. Wonder who will be the strong \ free safety, he or Weddle. Not sure about the Woodhead signing. He has been a good 3rd down back, but injuries worry me. He is not a home run hitter, not the guy who can take one to the house as Ozzie said this team needed. I guess he is a replacement for Uschek,
  5. He has a lot of suitors.. . Side note, Torrey Smith was on wbal tv tonight with his young son promoting his anual basketball game. Sandusky asked the little guy who he wanted his dad to play for next year. His answer shocked both Torrey and Jerry; Seattle Seahawks.... Wonder if the mid over heard something at home...
  6. Well, they want him and have the money.. Bad move on his part, Hoyer as your quarterback on a rebuilding team....even if they get Cousins or Romo...
  7. So Doom is gone, takes the Ravens to $18 or so mil under... Maybe Jackson?
  8. $9 mil per season, wow... Ravens should get a good comp pick..
  9. Ding dong Doom is gone, yippie! No teams wanted to trade for him...
  10. I wonder, with Garcon going to San Fran, who has no quarterback, did they tell him Cousins was going to be the man or even Romo?
  11. Romo to be released tomorrow..
  12. Taylor restructures, will stay a Bill
  13. Tyrod Taylor restructures and is staying in Buffalo.. Per Shefty
  14. Yeah, McCown reportedly won't sign the deal until Romo is gone. So I guess either traded today or released tomorrow.
  15. Marshall got 2 years $12 mil. Josh McCown to the Cowboys. Curious to see what Wagner got, my opinion. he is over rated by the Lions and the Ravens.
  16. I think he is on his last legs any way.
  17. $16 mil the first year, wow.. Per Mort
  18. 2 years, $12 mil. Per ESPN
  19. Marshall off the list, 2 years $12 mil with the G-Men.
  20. Getting rid of Doom would save $6 mil, $2 mil in dead money, Suggs would save another $1 mil, $5.9 in dead money. Webb is a $7.5 cap hit, so there is either major savings by restructure or $5 mil in savings with a cut, $2mil in dead money. While Pita has a $7.5 mil cap hit and needs to be addressed, getting rid of Watson would also save $3 mil with $1 mil in dead money.
  21. I suppose close to that but I haven't followed the cap in years. This site appears to be accurate $13.8 top 51 salaries, $12 mil total with $8.5 in dead money. http://www.spotrac.com/nfl/baltimore-ravens/cap/
  22. Oh please, apples to oranges. This kid is ready made, he already knows how to, and does extremely well, run every route in the tree. Great hands, not affraid to go over the middle, has the quickness to play in the slot, the speed to play on the outside. Yes, if he is there at 16 you take him. This draft is deep at secondary players, 3 rounds deep. There is not one inside nor outside backer worthy of picking at 16 and no offensive lineman worth a first round pick. This kid is a real game changer and if Perriman ever reaches his potential, that would be a sick receiving crew. As it is, Ross is likely to go in picks 10-15.
  23. Suspect hands, poor route runner, easily nocked off his route, don't the Ravens already have wide outs like this?
  24. Ravens release Sharice Wright & Kendrik Lewis saving $4.9 mil in cap space.
  25. Each and all of those moves can be made at the same time as signing any other free agents. If you can't get a good price for the free agents may as well keep the ones you have. No need to panic Mikey, go get another box of donuts.
