It isn't just Billy B, that entire organization does an amazing job of getting the most out of every player. Cast offs, players playing different positions and thriving. Positional coaches are vital in that organization, here, they just seem to be in name only, especially at the wide receiver position....

Except he did that in two games, maybe three and was no where to be found in the other 13-14 games.... Some, yes, was play calling, most, indeed, was because he couldn't get separation.
