  3. Missed 8 games in 2009 Missed 5 games in 2010 1 game in 2011/2012 He's fine for what we need. I guess I'm just leery with our injury history with TE's
  4. http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/Ravens-Sign-RB-Justin-Forsett-To-1-Year-Deal/66060345-8fe1-4890-941b-6b76638f3e1d?mobile-id=809180&media-type=N Justin Forsett.... not much to talk about... Come on Oz I wanted LB! 5'8 195lbs spent one year with Kube's ------- The Ravens have signed running back Justin Forsett to a one-year deal. Baltimore was looking to add to its running back corps this offseason. Ray Rice’s recent legal troubles, which could lead to a suspension, also a consideration, according to Head Coach John Harbaugh. Forsett joins Rice and Bernard Pierce. Forsett, 28, is a 5-foot-8, 194-pound quick back. The former 2008 seventh-round pick out of the University of California is entering his seventh season and will be joining his fifth team. He spent the 2012 season with the Houston Texans and new Ravens Offensive Coordinator Gary Kubiak, which gives him an understanding of Kubiak’s system that he can help pass along to the other running backs. With the Texans in 2012, Forsett ran 63 times for 374 yards (a career-high 5.9 yards per carry) and one touchdown, an 81-yard score. He caught three passes for 38 yards. Forsett spent 2013 with the Jacksonville Jaguars after inking a two-year deal. Playing through injuries, he suited up for just nine games and had a career-low six carries for 31 yards. He was placed on injured reserve in December with a broken foot and released on March 11. Forsett also has some pass-catching ability, although he didn’t do much of it in Houston. While with the Seattle Seahawks from 2008-2011, he was frequently used out of the backfield. He hauled in 41 passes for 350 yards and one touchdown in 2009.
  5. This is my favorite http://youtu.be/USHZZ5bwASU
  6. Worth taking a look at. He was an underachiever before taking a year off. It takes instincts along with strength to play the position. I think he'll have a lot of rust on him, not to mention he could relapse at any point. That being said it cant hurt if he's a camp invite. I'm not set on Brown yet at ILB, Bynes is ok not great either.
  7. http://espn.go.com/nfl/story/_/id/10724464/owen-daniels-agrees-one-year-deal-baltimore-ravens It doesn't sound too bad... he said we got rid of Boldin and they fought Pitta would fill in Boldin's place. Pitta got injured so that didn't happen. We got rid of Boldin for Huff/Canty/Spears and Doom. We also did get older my getting a 35y/o Smith and an injury prone 32y/o Daniels. i agree with both signings but we did get older.
  8. Yeah him and Mellette were on IR. With all the draft picks plus the IR guys from last year... well have some depth plus some people are going to get cut.
  9. Don't forget big Zues on the right. A big nasty road grader if I ever saw one.
  10. Oz has done a very good job plugging the wholes predraft. RT,FS are the only glaring spots now. Some other areas might be RB,ILB,DE/DT.
  11. He was never going to be there at 17
  12. They were talking about him missing the full 2 weeks allowed by the law. It's all about an written in the paper which stated the Mets brought up another pitcher because they were uncertain if he'd be back for his second start. Its all speculative....
  13. Flacco 11th in salary cap figure? I thought he was the highest paid QB ever http://espn.go.com/blog/baltimore-ravens/post/_/id/8153/where-joe-flaccos-cap-number-ranks Quarterback Team Cap number Eli Manning New York Giants $20.4M Ben Roethlisberger Pittsburgh Steelers $18.89M Jay Cutler Chicago Bears $18.5M Drew Brees New Orleans Saints $18.4M Sam Bradford St. Louis Rams $17.61M Aaron Rodgers Green Bay Packers $17.55M Matt Ryan Atlanta Falcons $17.5M Peyton Manning Denver Broncos $17.5M Philip Rivers San Diego Chargers $16.66M Matthew Stafford Detroit Lions $15.82M Joe Flacco Baltimore Ravens $14.8M Tom Brady New England Patriots $14.8M Carson Palmer Arizona Cardinals $12M Tony Romo Dallas Cowboys $11.77M
  14. I have two cousins with CF, one died from it..... it contributes to my family too
  15. Whats douchie the C-section comment or just his overall attitude against paternity leave? Could you imagine if Joe took two weeks off following his sons birth....
  16. It said he was in his last year...18
  17. "carnal knowledge of a 14-year old girl" .... statutory rape?
  18. Take comparisons lightly.... maybe they meant he says "man" a lot, and always talks about retirement constantly
  19. Another thing going on behind the scenes is Ozzie is trying to resign Torrey/Jimmy Smith. He might be literally trying to save every cent till he knows whats going on with that front.
  20. I think he's a good fit for PIt. I'd have matched the offer. My only guess is Oz is eyeing someone in the draft in the third round maybe.
  21. Drink when someone says..." he reminds me of a young (insert HOF player)"
  22. Asa Jackson is a playmaker...at least in the preseason. I'm fine with either guy at corner.
  23. He should have done a "Harbs gets 10 year extension" headline. That would have kept us busy in here for awhile....
  24. Yeah...Yeah Blount with a blunt clause... I get it.. I didn't pickup on the joke since the Mack part didn't seem off...him wanting 10 mil and #55
  25. Did you read the part about Blount not wanting the pot clause? I'm kind of glad we didn't get him now
