  1. Sounds like fun Crav. Its too bad though that Nick went to an inferior team. Enjoy
  2. Crav, How do you know Forsett isn't going anywhere. Just a hunch or you know something ? Got a link or something ?
  3. I would say, when it comes to the RB position, the harvest is abundant and the laborers are many. We can find a good one - Forsett or another - and we will be fine.
  4. Good point Grubber. But... just in case Kubes want to "pirate" away a few players (including Forsett), we can manage and fill the void. Again, for depth and experience, would like to see us keep him but.....its a business.
  5. With our OL, most serviceable RBs will do. While I would prefer we keep JF, there are a plethora of RBs - FA or draft picks.
  6. Bazooka Joe !!!!!!!!!!! Hoo.....ah !
  7. Yeah like WR Jeffrey. We can use that guy
  8. Trestman was an asst while Oz was a player in Cleveland ? That was about 30 years ago, right ? What does that make him; about 70 years old ? Just sayin:)
  9. Pretty sad state of affairs when your off season focuses on the Duquette situation. Meanwhile, the Nats are gobbling up pitcher Max Scherzer, albeit at $210 M. What's our highlight this offseason - signing Delmon Young ? Geeeez .
  10. If I m Harbs I'm circling the Denver game once the schedule comes out. And No 18 has got a big bullseye on his back.
  11. What about Marc Trestman ? Rough HC exp at Chicago but how about OC ?
  12. I don't know but I sure as hell would like him on our roster.
  13. Who is our next OC ?
  14. Kubes: See ya, wouldn't want to be ya. Enjoyed you as our OC. Sorry you are going to an inferior team for the next several years.
  15. Ya think !
  16. Well, he's already left. Plan B is next.
  17. I am betting the venue for the Kubes home construction plan just changed from charm city to Denver. Maybe right next door to brother Elway.
  18. Good point. I'm under no illusion that a TD was walk in the park. You are right - as we staled on previous drives. But by "abandoning" the run, we became one dimensional, predictable and much easier to defend for Doctor Bellicheat. Plus, notwithstanding your point about scoring when its there, the "quick" score still gives Brady and Co an eternity to score. They would have only needed a FG to tie - send to OT. With Brady "waiting in the wings" , the team must have given some consideration to the clock. You are right. Its over, its a shame and I'm movin on. Maybe this missed opp has the same effect as the previous AFCC game and we build on this game.
  19. I am not getting a good feeling about this at all.
  20. Well, as a fan to another fan, I respectfully disagree. We completely abandoned our strength (and what the Pats had not stopped) and became one dimensional at the absolutely worst time of the game. In short, I submit this team did not ultimately put its best foot forward at the end. That's all I got.
  21. Agree 150% on TCleetz comment. Its totally inexplicable how the coaches opted to "go for it" with a 2nd and 5 and a buck, 40 seconds on the clock. At the very worst, we had 3 downs to get 5 measly yards for a 1st down. When you consider the success of the running game (Forsett was averaging 5 yds/carry), we totally squandered an opportunity to get in the red zone/score a TD with less than a minute (probably 30 seconds). Like most of you, I won't ever understand the thought process that led to this ill advised pass and season/playoff ending INT. Likewise, I wont ever understanding Torrey's light hearted effort in such a critical juncture of the game. His effort completely defied the energy, passion and sense of urgency shown by the team in this final playoff run. Love to have that 1:40 over again.
  22. Or unless he just wants to return /remain Elway's bitch.
  23. Well, if he leaves, he's a dang fool.!
  24. Good question Crav. A better question might be how do Harbs, Pees and secondary coach plan to fix ?
  25. If you owned stock in the Broncos right now, you'd sell the whole damn thing. That's a sinking ship at the moment.
