  1. Hmmmm, so does this mean we will blow them out then?
  2. Where are our unsung heros? Wilson has been good, Carr too. However, where are the little guys that step up and make plays? We don't seem to have that "X" factor this year. If our Stars aren't making plays, no one is.
  3. If we would have put 10 on the the second half, things wouldn't be so dire. It just absolutely perplexes me when the second half of pretty much every game we have played the defense seems to know exactly what is coming. Come on Coach, tell your OC, we need to change up some in the second half. What we're doing is not working.
  4. Psssst.....throw some WR screens to Boldin. lol
  5. When summed up, you can't go to the Super Bowl unless you're making the playoffs consistently. Despite what myself and I'm sure everyone else feels, this is what the second best record this team has ever put up??? Let's also not forget, this team hasn't been blown out of one game this year. Every game has been close and exciting. That's good and bad lol.
  6. I sooo hope that Reed can continue his hot take away streak into the playoffs. We're going to be facing some very good QBs and could definitely use some turnovers against them.
  7. Run a WR screen to Boldin Cam! It's a strength of his. It's also highly effective when teams are run blitzing in the second half. I'm no OC.....I'm just sayin....don't over think things. Play to strengths and be unpredictable.
  8. The Cheifs are 10-6 inspite of going 2-4 in their division.
  9. Today did feel like a loss, we should expect better. I will give credit for finding ways to win, because that is what great teams do, however this team desperately needs to find itself in the second half on offense. If we did that, my god we would really turn some heads!
  10. I didn't catch, Cody, which I had. I did notice that Gregg was getting pushed all over the field. He had no pop at the LOS, and was getting pushed 2-3 yards back. We might be witnessing his last hurrah.
  11. I just don't know why we have constant 3 and outs in the second half! It drives me crazy! It seems the other teams always know what's coming! RRRRR.
  12. I think that if Mason retires, Boldin will get much more touches. This IMHO will improve this offense. Boldin should be targeted far more often than he is. We also could use a burner, even though we're already supposed to have one, it just seems we don't use him. Why can't we use Stallworth like Big Jen uses Wallace? Stallworth is supposed to have insane speed.
  13. Haha, I think the capitalization was a mistake lol. Well, no Indy unless they win to see us. Let's go to KC and kick some @$$!
  14. Ugggghhhhh, second half O, just ridonkulous. I just don't understand.
  15. I do recall that the Saints of last year did kind of stumble into the playoffs. Didn't they lose to the deadskins? Also, let's not forget that Adrian Peterson was a Saints fan too!
  16. Bring the tough road, bring it now! It starts today! You don't hunt Lions hoping you'll catch it naping!
  17. The Ravens can and will win this game convincingly. I didn't believe it 4 weeks ago, but the resilience this team is showing is making me a believer!
  18. Who thought we would bitch slap the Broncoes in 2000? Proceed to Tennesee where they had not lost a playoff game and beat them? What about the Oakland Raider passimg attack that was supposedly unbeatable? We beat all three. Are this years opponents any tougher? I think not.
  19. I see your point, but if we can't count on him, why waste any further time? If he kept himself in check, that would be one thing. A history and trend has definitely developed. Notice I stated developed, not developing. We should concentrate on people taking themselves seriously. On the flip side, the guy probably is depressed and I'm sure he doesn't have a solid support system around him, ie family and friends. They're probably more interested in taking from him rather than giving to him and helping him. As Vick is displaying and hopefully will continue to display, second chances can be very productive. Even Ray has proven that although we sometimes forget how badly Ray's future could have turned out. I'm at an impasse.
  20. I have a feeling you may be right Cleetz. It would be unfortunate because I want the other three! I want em bad.
  21. I tell ya, we should be moving Ray to outside backer this offseason. He would be able to be very very good at that spot for about 2 more years. I bet he has twice the impact at the outside spot that he has at the inside spot. We should draft a middle backer if someone becomes available while Ray could still give the guy pointers. I hope a Vilma type guy drops in the draft this year. It would be perfect timing. Do you really think WRs or RBs want to see Ray on the outside unblocked! Yikes. The move was made with Seau and awesome results the first couple of years that he played the position. Ray is IMHO much better and faster than Seau was which makes Ray even more suited to transition to the outside backer. Sorry off topic some but someone brought up that Ray hasn't had seasons we're used to but he's still better than anyone else in the AFC at that position. Just got me thinkin.
  22. This guy definitely has a major drinking problem and the more I think about it, the more I'm becoming convinced he was probably intoxicated when he fell down the stairs and fractured his skull in the first place. Major oversite on managements part.
  23. Cmon, you all spent the past 3-5 weeks getting me to believe in this team when I reallyd didn't want to, and now that we've made the playoffs and have our shot, we're not gonna seize the moment?!?!? Bring Indianopolis on, Cmon Peyton, we'll go to your place and we'll put you in your place! Cmon Ravens fans, this is our time to shine, our time to talk some smack and right the ship! We're gonna get em, Joe is ready!
  24. That's my point, I don't want the easy road. I want everyone to go wow, look what this team accomplished against the top teams available at their place! I'm feeling much better about this team after the win against New Orleans and the tough play that we've displayed in the past few games. I'm just feeling like maybe this team does have something to prove! I like that they haven't given up or played down even once this year. They've had rough games, but this team has not quit or been blown out.
  25. We will not get slapped by Indy. I do understand that Inday has had their way with us in the past, but really, does everyone really want to take the high road? The easy way? I want the nemesis teams! I want to get'em back. Do you really think Peyton wanted to go to the Super Bowl NOT going through NE? Of course he would have taken it, but he knew he had to take the challenge. I want that same challenge for this football team. No one wants the easy road through the playoffs!
