No, it was something about trying to spell his name. I was in a concentration camp (or something) and getting quizzed. Don't ask. Anyways. Weird interview...
-
What is going on? I go get a drink when the 23 is out, and I come back to hear that Awesome Bill's transmission broke, a crewmember of the 27 was hit and is laying injured on pit road, and Logano overshot his pit. Eventful two minutes!
-
...I had a dream about him last night. Wow. That interview is hilarious by the way.
-
ONLY if he knew at the time that he did have AIDS.
-
I heard a few weeks ago that he was doing well. I think he'll be fine, and it's great to hear.
-
Absolutely no chance whatsoever that he becomes a Raven. I'd bank on a trade for Randy Moss first. First off, there is too much invested in Heap. Period. He has been paid handsomely and will be given every possible opportunity to make good on that deal and be the best player he can be. There is no reason and no way that the team will give up on him so quickly because of his struggles. As well, Harbaugh would have no part of that sort of player. Especially as a headline, number one draft pick. Thirdly, I don't think the position is as thin as we think. Wilcox and Sypniewski both have starting experience, and both are good players. Quinn will be healthy come next season, and Wilcox is both a big community connection and excellent #2 tight end in passing situations.

No. She was tested for both and results were negative. Just wants her money, apparently.
-
Exactly. If they wanted to fire him, they would've done it about 15 years ago now.
-
He's done. I'll put huge money on that. Doctors won't let him play without necessary surgery.
-
That umpire is probably at the hospital getting checked out right this second.

I don't see how you think WBFF/WJZ has any more or less gimmicky graphics than WBAL. WBFF especially. Their graphics used to plain suck, but they're actually probably the cleanest in town. They're pretty popular, too. WJZ isn't gimmicky so much as it's plain ugly. Especially being a CBS O&O, you wouldn't expect that. It's too colorful and, well, ugly. But I like the personalities more than any other station. WMAR has always been notoriously just...bad. Things have gotten a little better, I guess, but they're still nothing special at all.

I'm a thread killer apparently. Sorry boss. I know Crav will have a list. Of all past drivers sponsored by UPS.
-
I mean, yeah, there are drivers I like. Behind Junior, it's Stewart, Truex, Newman, and Bobby Labonte. But after the Ravens, I like the Bills and Panthers, but not enough worth mentioning. I'm just a hardcore fan!
-
Earnhardt Jr. The only driver who comes even close is Michael Waltrip, simply because he's such a damn nice guy. I was 12 when Earnhardt died, and had already become a fan of Jr. in the Busch Series a few years before (I had a Pinewood Derby car and a go-kart both with Jr.'s ACDelco paint scheme). My dad was never an Orioles fan, so when the Colts left town, he picked up NASCAR and the Capitals, and NASCAR is what stuck in our family. He was a pretty hardcore Earnhardt fan, and I was growing into one before he died. As you can see, though, the transition to Junior was flawless. When Jr. struggles or wrecks out, I generally stop watching, or at least care very little. I'm alright with the Childress guys, or Truex, Stewart, etc. doing well, but it doesn't interest me. It's really the same as football to me; I LOVE the Ravens, but if they aren't doing well, I hardly care what happens. I don't think that answered your question very well.

Bill Passes to Delay Transition to Digital TV
ForceEight replied to ravinmaniac52's topic in General Chat
http://foxbaltimore.com/sections/station/dtv/index.shtml So, essentially, the bill didn't force stations to continue broadcasting in analog, but instead is allowing them to continue until June. -
Takana will be tried out in long relief. By the way, Looper is close to signing with the Brewers.
-
Just wondering. I find newscasting, in general, pretty interesting. It's like sports without athleticism. In the morning, it's always WJZ for me, if only because that's what my mom has always had on when I go up since...forever. I'll also watch them if I'm home in the afternoon. WBFF is the only one I'll watch at night; I think they do it a lot better than anyone else.

Harbaugh: Ravens Willing to Pay to Keep Ray Lewis

I'll take it. You can keep Raffy. $10

http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3894847 He admits it, and says he used them for three years.
-
Yeah, we know. It's been better and worse depending on the moon's position, but it seems to be improving.
-
http://sports.espn.go.com/mlb/news/story?id=3893240 You aren't the only ones who want all the names released.
-
And? Every word of what you said is applicant to Roberts (his dad is a baseball coach). There is absolutely no reason to be shocked about any athlete being involved with steroids anymore.
-
Not really. There's no reason to be.
