I hope the having Norv as HC is a joke. I think Kyle would be a bad choice. If they were to replace Harbs I would jump on Payton in NO. He is not under contract after the season. So far he and NO have not reached a new deal. I would also look at Arians, Zimmer, Roman or Fangio from SF, Bradly in Sea, andf Fewell in NY.

I think Joe can win but he needs to be surrounded by the right talent.
