...the O line and running game???? Not so good.

2 minutes to go in the 1st quarter and Maryland is up 17-0. This game is wild...kickoff return for touchdown...blocked field goals...Hillis throws a 20 yard TD pass...Diggs has 2 receptions for 64 yards. I'll say this...the Maryland D looks good.

Friggn"n Buck Showalter....he's the greatest. What an incredible job he did in getting this rag-tag outfit to believe in themselves and consisently perform at a high level. Yea...the O's bats were shut down but so were the Stinkies. It was a great pitching series. The O's finally have a core of players to build around and they sent out notice to the rest of the league that if you want to have fun and win "be an Oriole".

Just got home. hehee.... I think it's bombs away tonight. Sabathia throws strikes, so the O's hitters, who have been swining at junk, now have an opportunity to make contact. Plus...I think they hit Sabathia better than any other Stankees pitcher this year.

Two great back to back starting pitching performances by Gonzalez and Saunders. I love it. Then Pedro comes out and I bet everybody was waiting for the O's season to end. It didn't. Good for him...he got the job done. Good for Johnson to bounce back. Now I know why this feels like '66 to me. There was great pitching and it was the O's first World series. This feels like our first time in the playoffs because it's been so long. It is the first time for most of these guys. Great night last night. O's win...Stealers lose. I'm so happy for the O's. Here we go! Game 5 comming up.

Either you're afraid to say anything positive about the O's because you might appeara homer or you're a flaming Yankee fan. You've been kissing their ass this whole series. The Orioles are a damn good team playing great baseball with a ton of solid parts from the manager on down. That you can't acknowledge that is pathetic. Right down to your unnessary shot at Brooks. Stay in Aberdeen.

OK....if you want to follow downward momentum of this team, then after they way they played against the Browns and Chiefs they get big wake-up call losses to the Cowboys and Texans. Basicly this 2012 Ravens team unravels. I don't see that happening. There is just way too much talent. They are still adjusting and trying to find their winning formula and identity for this season. I think we'll see it begin to emerge against the Jerry Jones Jokes.

I knew he would close them out and I have to get up at 4 am. Hey! It's been a long time....a real long time since I watched a baseball game where I "hung on every pitch". That's playoff baseball and I forgot what it was like. Every stratigic move, substitution, man on base, do you steal? Bunt? Every little thing is monumental in playoff baseball. Great to be watching in that spirit again.
