I would hope to be able to find either a former first-stringer now on the downside of his career or a predictable backup. The offense will have to carry the load this year more than in years past and if Joe goes down we're really done for. I think back to the years when we had no backup for Bert Jones. We went from a perennial playoff team to a sad sack outfit overnight after he got hurt. Quote
