festivities in Baltimore, leading up to kickoff?

 

My Son and Daughter are disappointed, because they want to be down town for the festivities, but they end 15 minutes before kickoff. So thats not enough time to get to their homes.

 

Is that the feelings around Baltimore?

Crave- I was thinking about that. It almost seems that if you go to that free concert, you're not really a Raven fan, right? So, I wouldn't be surprized if the downtown bar and lounge associations paid for this Keith Urban enertainment, knowing that cocert goers have no choice but to come to then to watch this game.

The feeling at work was just like last year....hell, it's like Purple Friday everywhere.

Everybody's wearing purple and is excited. I've got to give a shout out to all the women. They are smack talking better than the men. I think it's great.

Ditto on PA screwing the Ravens. Its still inexplicable to me how they couldn't have worked out what could have been a win-win for B-more.

The man who could get a series changed so Cal could break the record here couldn't get a time changed. He went against the majority of owners and ended the strike but this could not be done. Attendance was down about 10000 last night at CY. He plays in the afternoon and there are 40000 there. Cutting your nose off to spite your face is so smart.
