52isUnstoppable Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 I wouldn't mind seeing wimpy cuck Spencer get his skull cracked open myself. Always crying about his mommy and Rick's leadership but has never done anything hardcore. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Would you settle for an alternate fate? Quote
52isUnstoppable Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 Would you settle for an alternate fate? Are you a comic reader? I dont want to know anything... to answer your question yes I would settle for alternate fate but I really have my heart set on a skull cracking spiked bat brains on the pavement kind of death. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted December 6, 2016 Posted December 6, 2016 I am up to date on the comics...new issue tomorrow. Mums the word. Quote
Robjr83 Posted December 12, 2016 Author Posted December 12, 2016 Pretty lackluster midseason finale. Who do you think the mystery guy was? Quote
deeshopper Posted December 12, 2016 Posted December 12, 2016 I've scrolled past everything to write that I haven't watched TWD since last season's horrible cliffhanger ending. That is all. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted December 12, 2016 Posted December 12, 2016 The mystery guy is either Dwight or the guy Rick and Aaron took the guns from. Dee, HA! This first half had great bookends and some so-so building moments. Makes me wish it ended up on HBO. Quote
deeshopper Posted December 12, 2016 Posted December 12, 2016 I'll watch in the summer so I can skip all the stupid "front eight" and "back eight" nonsense. You know the drill. "The best back eight episodes we've ever produced" nonsense! Quote
Robjr83 Posted December 16, 2016 Author Posted December 16, 2016 I'll watch in the summer so I can skip all the stupid "front eight" and "back eight" nonsense. You know the drill. "The best back eight episodes we've ever produced" nonsense! To me I'd be way to hard not to see spoilers on social media. Too many OMG Poor "insert dead castmate''. Been binge watching Blacklist so I get wanting to watch all 16 TWD episodes not having to wait. Quote

Been binge watching Blacklist so I get wanting to watch all 16 TWD episodes not having to wait. lol. I have FB Purity for my newsfeed and it can filter out terms. So, I've done that and not seen anything aside from one meme about what kind of chicken Glenn likes. Quote
deeshopper Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 What is that, an add on Dee? Yup, and it's wonderful. http://www.fbpurity.com/ Quote
deeshopper Posted December 19, 2016 Posted December 19, 2016 Nope. Safari, Chrome, Edge, Opera, and Maxthon. http://www.fbpurity.com/install.htm Quote
GrubberRaven Posted March 13, 2017 Posted March 13, 2017 I just don't know about this show anymore... Quote
RavenMad Posted March 14, 2017 Posted March 14, 2017 I just don't know about this show anymore... I totally agree. I want to like it more than I do. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Not even the first ep? I think they're trying to give too many B-level characters arcs and it's not necessary. Quote
deeshopper Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 Not even the first ep? I think they're trying to give too many B-level characters arcs and it's not necessary. Not even that. I told myself I wasn't going to watch it anymore after that stupid season finale last year. And I haven't. Quote
RavenMad Posted March 15, 2017 Posted March 15, 2017 The problem I have is some of the storylines they are creating for these characters are stupid. Like WTF is up with Morgan? And Carol? I would be quite happy if it was just an hour of Negan and Eugene together. Those episodes have been the best. I get what they are trying to deliver each episode but I just don't feel they are delivering on the promise. Quote
Spen Posted March 18, 2017 Posted March 18, 2017 I finally deleted it from my DVR. I saw three this season. The last one I watched Daryl listened to "Easy Street" over and over and said his name at the end. Compelling. I wanted to stick with it just because how long I watched. Just too much other good stuff on so I didn't want to watch something I don't think is good. Quote
deeshopper Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 Well. Who watched the finale? Is this season worth it? Quote
GrubberRaven Posted April 3, 2017 Posted April 3, 2017 It had it's moments, but hardly worth 90 minutes. I can't put my finger on it. Maybe it just isn't translating well to the screen, but I still like the comics. There's so much fluff in the TV it gets stale quick. The acting/writing/both are jarring at times. I just can't figure it out. I'll probably watch next season, but this season pissed me off a lot. Quote
deeshopper Posted April 4, 2017 Posted April 4, 2017 I take it Sasha is dead, based on the headlines on EW.com. I find that it is probably easier to swallow the show when bingeing on it commercial-free. Guess I'll start watching tomorrow. Quote
