Spen Posted June 26, 2014 Posted June 26, 2014 Like the NCAA Basketball Tournament, I think the World Cup is a great tournament. For that reason I end up watching some of both even though I just dont like basketball or soccer. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted June 28, 2014 Posted June 28, 2014 The US is lucky to have gone this far. The US still does not get its elite athlete in soccer. Quote

RavenMad Posted July 1, 2014 Posted July 1, 2014 lol. Is this what the World Cup will be remembered for? Quote
RavenMad Posted July 3, 2014 Posted July 3, 2014 It's a shame it didn't work out for Tim at United but he is doing really well at Everton now and that was an amazing record breaking performance against Belgium. Watching the US I think you guys are probably short about 1-2 really good players (don't even need to be world class) from being possible World Champs. Probably a striker and an attacking midfielder. On a side note it has been suggested that Tim Howard could even have saved........Tiger Woods' marriage. lol. Quote
