LOL - OAK had $70M in CAP room and will still be losers.

KO was the 3rd best FA in the pool according to NFL.COM.

Seems like the ravens don't trust ko to play at 100% effort after being paid. Jason Cole says we have a year to year contract structure proposed as our offer

Backing up the rumors they feel he doesn't have high passion for football.

Gotta hand it to KO-LOL.

He said he wanted to be the highest paid LG in the league and by golly he is, I think.

So much for wanting to stay here and so much for Ozzie saying he was trying all he could to

keep him. Like I said above, Oz didn't go all out to keep him because of the structures of

his contract offer and he questioned his passion for the game.

Ozzie was going to make him the highest paid lineman on the Ravens, not the highest paid

OG in the league.

Rumor mill says maybe. They are also looking at Mike Wallace and Pacman Jones.... Oy

And Beachum

Ozzie if off his rocker if he brings in either Wallace or Jones

And Beachum

They don't have the money for Okung. Beachum may be attainable. Here's a write-up on him from NFL.com:

"Kelvin Beachum, offensive tackle

It's not often a legitimate starting left tackle hits the open market at 26 years old. If it weren't for his ACL tear six games into the 2015 season, he'd be much higher on the offseason radar and might not even be hitting free agency. When he started all 16 games in 2014, Beachum was a top-10 left tackle in the NFL. Injury and the lack of consistency prior to 2014 could keep Beachum's price tag down. With so many teams in desperate need of offensive line help, Beachum should prove to be a steal at the right price. --Kevin Patra"

Osemele raved about Oakland's focus on building the O-line vs. "coming from a place where that was not really appreciated."

Sounds like he's mad the Ravens wouldn't make him the highest paid guard in the league. KO was one of my favorite players here. Happy for him that he got what he was looking for.

Yea, seems that way. I thought the wanted to be the LT here. Ravens don't appreciate the o-line,

he would have been the highest paid player on this offense. They were trying to improve the o-line

by keeping him here. It was said to be an aggressive offer. That's appreciation, man.

Wait til he starts losing like his buddy Torrey Smith.

I also don't blame him because two out of three years we've had a terrible running game. Sure, the running game was awesome under Kubiak in 2014, but we had that whole system mess in 2013 with Caldwell vs Castillo, then last season we brought in a pass happy Trestman. The more I think about this, the more I understand KO.

When you put it that way...

KO didn't do so hot himself. He got injured and Jensen or Urschel filled in for him.

The Ravens made an aggressive offer to be the highest paid player on the offensive

line and at LT where he wanted to play. He had thanked Oz for encouraging him to

move over and that he could do it and that Oz told him he was doing everything he could

to keep him here and he did but there were those structures in the contract because they

quite didn't trust him because of his injuries.

That's the part he was pissed off at. So he goes to a fool's organization known for losing

for many years since Big Al got old and sick and forgot how to run a team and says those

things.

Forsett gained 1100 yards his first year here and football outsiders ranked the o-line as #2

for pass blocking and the right side of the line #1 for run blocking with Yanda and Wagner.
