It doesn't really go into what I was talking about.  

Say you give a deal and the bonus is 40 mil.  Yr 1 is 850k 2 is 850k 3 is 850k 4 is 850k and 5 is 65 mil.  At least in the past you could not do that.  Th3 base salary had to be within a threshold for each progressive season.
