oldno82 Posted August 30, 2023 Author Posted August 30, 2023 Well, I guess Kyu Kelly is a lost draft pick. Too bad he didn't pan out. We need all the healthy corners we can find at this point. Quote
tsylvester Posted August 30, 2023 Posted August 30, 2023 Yeah, he just couldn't adjust to the NFL game fast enough. Maybe a change of scenery will help him..... he still could end of back here, if he can't stay on the Hawks 53 Quote
oldno82 Posted August 31, 2023 Author Posted August 31, 2023 Mustipher might be back on the 53 sometime too if he isn't taken by another team. Quote
oldno82 Posted August 31, 2023 Author Posted August 31, 2023 Just saw where they added Melvin Gordon and Daryl Worley to the PS. I'm sorry they put Brown on the PS rather than Josh Johnson who is still available. I'm not sure Tyler will be ready to go in 2 weeks what with his hamstring issue. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 When is the timeline when they can start putting people on IR? Quote
tsylvester Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 A little levity from the team dinner.. https://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2023/8/31/23853781/zay-flowers-trenton-simpson-rap-at-ravens-team-dinner Quote

GrubberRaven Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 Nope, today! https://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/johnson-seymour-urban-mitchell-hamm-williams-injured-reserve-53-man-roster Johnson/Urban/Seymour signed to 53 Hamm/MItchell/Pepe Williams to IR Quote
GrubberRaven Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 I think Huntley is more hurt than they're letting on. Quote
tsylvester Posted August 31, 2023 Posted August 31, 2023 Hmph, it was my understanding that if ir before the season they would be out for the season. If after the season starts then they can come off.. As for Huntley, it is a hamstring, they can be tricky Quote
oldno82 Posted September 1, 2023 Author Posted September 1, 2023 Yay! Johnson made the 53 after all! I mean he's not great but I think he's better than Brown or Huntley with a hamstring injury. Urban is also back on the 53, not that I expected any different...we played that game with him last year too. Quote
oldno82 Posted September 1, 2023 Author Posted September 1, 2023 That's a good question. Last I read he wasn't progressing as fast as hoped. Quote
oldno82 Posted September 1, 2023 Author Posted September 1, 2023 Just read where he is going to start the season on the four-week Non-football Injury list. Quote
tsylvester Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 Brown let go, again...Hayes, a corner, brought back Quote
oldno82 Posted September 5, 2023 Author Posted September 5, 2023 The need at CB is much higher. Or should I say, desperate? Harbs says Andrews will return to practice Wednesday. Quote
tsylvester Posted September 5, 2023 Posted September 5, 2023 I think it says both, that Huntley is healthy and that they need a corner for insurance Quote
oldno82 Posted September 5, 2023 Author Posted September 5, 2023 Well, if Huntley is healthy, it would make sense to cut Brown loose and fill that spot with a CB. He must be healthy enough to at the very least fill in if both Lamar and Huntley went down---an unlikely occurrence. Quote
