Let's see. The Oline looks as bad in run blocking as ever. Pass blocking was bad, not as bad as the run blocking but still bad. Harbaugh two asininely horrible decisions. To go for it on 4th and 1 after you haven't establish any semblance of a running game all day. Throwing it from deep in your own territory with 12 seconds to go? Does Harbs think he can WILL the offense not to suck?
The defense looks better. The offense looks like it was the same mess it was in week one. I don't know what Juan Castillo is doing with that Oline, but it hasn't worked in 6 weeks. No push or holes in the run game, lots of holes in pass protection.
This was his first bad game of this season. I'm just saying I distinctly remember him stinking it up a few times in the playoffs last year, including one during the SB. Hard to find useful statistics on punters but his postseason average was about 10 yards less than this regular season average. At any rate just something for the coaches to keep an eye on.
Not just one bad game. He sucked in the playoffs last year. Those shanks are becoming more frequent and they're just as bad as turnovers. I am concerned about Koch
It's no coincidence that Mckinnie had his worst game of the season after the Ravens traded for Monroe. That performance was a big F-U to the Ravens brass. Harbaugh said Mckinnie was handling the whole Monroe situation like a professional, but it's clear now that that was wishful thinking on Harb's part.
Any word? ...the CBS crew had nothing on this during the game. All of a sudden you just saw Shipley in. I thought they benched Gradkowski for a minute.
Suggs, Torry, Tucker - good calls. Honorable mention to Doss who did well today on O and ST and Flacco played well under the circumstances (horrible pass protection)
