Flacco's preseason has raised a lot of eyebrows. I think Flacco will be stronger, it's the Oline and the D that concern me.

Seneca Wallace and Sage Rosenfels were cut. It would be nice if we picked up one of those two.

Best of luck to him (except when facing the ravens). Nobody liked that miss but he handled the aftermath like a champ. I am of the belief that he will be a stronger kicker because of that miss, but there is no way to know that for sure. I agree with Harbs decision to go with Tucker. Especially since Harbs seems keen on taking as many 50+ attempts as possible and that wasn't Billy's strong suit.

You guys can mock Cary William's quotes about getting financial security and putting money away for his daughter's tution but it I think it shows great foresight on his part to be thinking about post NFL life already. You guys see $15 Million and moan and groan because you are thinking about $15 mil in the context of your life. These guys have a higher cost of living and I don't think all of it is a result of just spending irresponsibly. A millionaire athelte is not going to have a 150K house in middle of town, not if they want any kind of privary or security. The cost of going out with friends is higher. If you go out with other players, he's doing more expensive things than just going to the bar. If he goes out with family he's probably always looked at to pay. So let's not sit here and act like $15 Mil to him is the same as $15 mil in our bank account (+ as Cleetz pointed out there are tax considerations). It is definitely a risk, and may turn out to be the wrong decision if he get's hurt or plays poorly, but I respect what he is trying to do and like the confidence he has in his ability. Hopefully it's a win win for him and the Ravens. I would disagree that a vast majority of the players in the nfl want to live the gantsa life or do the gold chain 3 baby mama thing. I think you hear more about those players in the media so it's a sterotype people want to apply to the majority of players.

I think Harbs goes with the clear winner of the competition. Harbs has proven in the past that he does not play favorites when it comes to picking kickers out of camp - he gives it to the guy who earns it. Cundiff was the benefactor of this a few years ago when he was the underdog and Shane Graham was the pre-camp favorite.

I agree, I was a Cundiff supporter coming into camp but Tucker has outplayed him.
