  1. Some loser team will probably take him too. Probably the chiefs.
  2. Well I think that was a different situation. Billick had been here for what? 9 years? I think he lost the locker room because his message got stale with players who had been with him their whole careers and when it came time for Bischotti to choose between Billick and players like Ray and Reed, he choose the players. The article mentioned Reed and Pollard as the biggest voices of dissension (and I'm surprised a guy like Pollard is complaining about padded practices). I suspect Reed challenges Harbaugh the most out of anyone in the locker room. He did it in the offseason by skipping mandatory practices and not even bothering to contact Harbaugh. Harbs obviously needs to handle Reed delicately because of who he is and how long he's been on the team, but at the end of the day, the guys he really needs to really worry about losing are Flacco, Rice, Suggs, Ngata....and as far as we know they appear to still be in his corner.
  3. I think Papa and oldno82 have valid points. Harbaugh may have shown great skill in navigating the near mutiny, but the fact that guys are openly challenging his direction on something like practicing in pads is not a good sign. I'm a huge fan of Ed, but that's not cool, and it's not surprising to hear he was the loudest challenger. You can give your coach constructive criticism and question his decisions in a private meeting without showing him up.
  4. This makes no sense to me. He'd be starting for the Steelers this week.
  5. Even cleveland didn't want the Steelers to lose to Cleveland. They tried everything in their power to give that game away and the Steelers still botched it.
  6. steel hurtin is just having fun. He knows the Steelers face a tall task this weekend. The whole city of Pittsburgh knows it.
  7. I also would consider the Pats underdogs against Houston and the 49ers. Remember, no Gronk. That said, Denver's schedule is cake outside of us and I don't think we beat Denver...they'll probably get the 2 seed.
  8. He could give us a lift as a rent a player. With 5.5 sacks he'd be tied for the team lead.
  9. steel hurtin you are definitely a half glass full kinda guy
  10. Yea that was stupid. He should have just said the play stands and moved on.
  11. Oh I hope they don't overturn the 1st down
  12. This is about a 51 yarder right now if this play stands
  13. ugh...c'mon Offense.
  14. Ok let's go D.
  15. Well, they have to score here and fast. Obviously not a great chance of that happening.
  16. I guess according to these refs Bernard Pollard's head is in his shoulders
  17. I I looked it up on ESPN. Including today, the Ravens are 3 of 9 when going for it on 4th down and 6 of 12 trying to stop it.
  18. I think we are 0-8 on 4th and 1 and 0-8 on stopping it
  19. Running out of adjectives to describe this offense.
  20. Wake up Flacco. Guys running right down the middle and he can't see them coming?
  21. Why the hell do we have two guys within a yard of each other in the endzone. Wtf is cam calling?
  22. Holy shit Gilchrist is fast. Never thought I'd hear the words "Torrey Smith caught from behind."
  23. Good point. Not the leadership skills a 5th year QB should be displaying
  24. It's not just Flacco as I started to believe. He's just a part of the bigger offensive cluster$#%$. Flacco has overthrown wide open guys more than once today, but he's also hit guys in hands/chest and had two crucial drops. The Oline has been bad both in the run and pass defense. Just a cluster@#$# of errors
