  1. He showed promise when given the chance, but he also wasn't given much of a chance to play when injuries were healed even when those players played poorly. So the question is why? Are we, the fans, missing something? Is he just one of those players the coaches don't like?
  2. Draft the center from Bama! (Yes I know he got injured last year)
  3. Skurah is gone to the Dolphins...
  4. Conditional pick for an I don't know how to catch tight end... Hmmm Could have traded with the Iggles for their often injured tigjt end.. But then maybe they tried and the Iggles wanted too much..
  5. Tyus Bowser brought back, good move, showed growth, works hard... Adam Caplan of SiriusXM NFL Radio reports that Bowser has agreed to a four-year deal to remain in Baltimore. The deal is worth $22 million with another $5 million available in incentives and includes $12 million in guaranteed money.
  6. Intreaging, maybe a stop gap, some good tackles in the draft to sit behind, step in when he gets injured or leaves next year..
  7. Yeah, he doesn't seem like a Billy B player, keep your mouth shut and play hard EVERY snap...
  8. Agree, one of the most over rated players in the game. Corey Davis signs with the Jets, I am surprised. They don't even have a qb... It was for decent money, not too much, I wonder if the Ravens made an offer. He is a decent receiver, a bit inconsistent with his hands but he could have beem good here for that money.
  9. Yeah I just saw that itnis a voidable deal, cap shenanigans if you will. They likely are just giving him one year to prove he belongs as the starter, then looking for a qb.. Still, $140 is a starting pt for Lamar...
  10. 4 years, $140 mil ext for Tayson Hill, wow...
  11. Man, the Pats are trying to win the offseason, that never pays off. I know they have to spend the money, but wow
  12. 4 years $56 mil is quite high for him,
  13. Free agent guard Kevin Zeitler has agreed to a three-year, $22.5 million contract with the Ravens, according to multiple reports. Per NBC Solid move, he is better than what they had on the line last year... Next up
  14. Restucture of Mahomes saves $17 mil this year, but pushes the cap hit down the road. You can pay a ton for a qb, but you darn well better draft well to protect him. The Chiefs think they have with on tackle coming back due to injury the other who opted out because of covid. We shall see... Tampa is going the cheap way at qb, granted it's Brady. But they are going to have to pay dearly to keep that defense together. Timing is everything; you can't pay top dollar at every position especially with a small salary cap. Pay Lamar, but draft well around him. Hopefully he get his downfield accuracy worked out otherwise we will have a bunch of 10-11 wins seasons with a short post season...
  15. Brown getting 6 teams interested in him, but with KC releasing two very good, albeit injured tackles, that might drop his price... Ingram was a very good leader...
  16. The cap is set at $182.5 mil according to Espn..ouch
  17. The sad reality, Jamison likely had the info but either way, Mathew was way out of line with his personal attack.... Kick him to the curb
  18. Baltimore Beatdown: Ravens linebacker Matt Judon demands apology or threatens to leak photos. Where @jamisonhensley lying butt at? I got time today. Bro you have to stop lying, I know you want clicks and like and wanna be the people’s camp but stop lying. That weak. Jamison Hensley @jamisonhensley Hi Matthew. I was told that Ravens offered you a deal similar to Za’Darius’ ($16.5M per season) earlier this season and it was declined. If you have a comment, I would certainly add that to the piece. I’ve always been fair with you. Thanks and welcome back to Twitter Matthew Judon @man_dammn · Feb 24, 2021 Replying to @jamisonhensley This isn’t true who told you this if you can’t tell me that we’re all@going to have to think you pulling stuff outta no where. Jamison Hensley @jamisonhensley I will definitely add your response to the piece. If you ever have an issue with any of my reporting, I would be happy to listen and explain. I’ve always aimed to cover you in a respectful manner in your five years in Baltimore. Hope you have a great offseason. https://www.baltimorebeatdown.com/2021/2/24/22299324/ravens-linebacker-matt-judon-demands-apology-or-threatens-to-leak-photos
  19. Salary cap min raised to $180 mil, that is encouraging, per Espn
  20. Right, the Pats lost a lot of coaches and scouts over the years they were drafting well and winning, it all caught up to them and showed up this past season.
  21. They might have been betting, for lack of a better word, that Brown would want to stay at right tackle. The question becomes; if Stanley never got hurt, thus Brown not being able to play left tackle, would he, Brown, then be wanting left tackle money? With Brown and Stanley at tackles, Phillips and Bozeman at guards and maybe Castillo at center, that would have been or could have been a formidable offensive line. Sadly now, they likely have to find a new right tackle.
  22. Nope, close, 12, 15, 15, 14, 6... I am with you, I think he is over rated...
  23. Letting him walk would be a huge mistake I don't think Eric makes
  24. Juat look at Seattle, a likely hall of fame qb, 2 super bowls in his career, nothing even sniffing it the past 4, 5, 6 years. Why? Drafting, bad drafting, they let their draft picks like Sherman play out, then let them walk. Meanwhile, they.miss on defensive drafts, on offensive line depth, even on receivers to some extent. The results speak for them selves and now Wilson may or may not be on the trade block. It's an interesting question....
