I donf think he got 2 feet in

Nice job Moore... Typical Raven receiver... But sure Joe will take the blame..
-
What? Way fo go CBS....
-
I dunno, hapless performance, at home div rival, playoffs for sure if you win, if you can't motivate this team with those reasons.... Looks like the offense woke up though..
-
All of them RM, too cold, holiday, poor performances, kneeling.. Pick one... Does Harbs get fired if they lose & miss the playoffs?
-
Well, at least the special teams showed up.. Fitting more gets the score..
-
I started to, but gave up after the first few minutes of the first episode, stupid story line, dumb dialogue, terrible acting and then CBS wants people to pay them for that crap? Kind of like watching the Ravens....

Shield strength is @ 50%, recommend using the deflector dish to simulate a ship 20 thousand km to our starboard side and abandon ship captain.
-
Maclin out, Wallace wavering, maybe the ginger will be spanking the Ravens....
-
Bowles got extended by the Jets for 2 years.
-
He should wait and just join the Plungers here in Md is a few weeks for the ploar bear plunge!
-
I wish him luck, but making the switch taint eeezy. Not sure where to play him? Defensive end, tight end? H-back?
-
Bengals enact revenge, shut out a hapless Ravens team too concerned with crowd size and party locations...
-
Well this game will just before another holiday, so will that be why folks stay home or will it be the the time change? Will it be a factor, sure? But if you paid attention to the crowd size over the course of the season you would see it was way down.

When it rains it pours...and it's flooding now.
tsylvester replied to papasmurfbell's topic in Baltimore Ravens
Pats to sign him. If he had anything left I doubt the Steelers let him walk. -
Who knows what Harbs is trying to say or to whom he is speaking. He did admit his lament over his poor in game management, aka, not taking the 10 yard penalty. Fan size is down any way, did you see all the empty seats in Saturday's game? I've seen more fans at 4th pre season games and that was essentially a playoff game! In years past that stadium would have been full. So no, game time, time of year has little affect. It is terrible play, terrible coaching, terrible front office/ ownership, (pray for us) and yes, the kneeling. I dare say if the Ravens were able to have a home playoff game, the seats would still be empty. Just because this team has won 9 games, maybe 10 and might make the playoffs, does not mean it is a good team, fun to watch. Keep in mind, this is the same fan base that saw this team go 5 games without a touchdown and still filled the stadium to the brink even when no one knew if they would score a touchdown, let alone make the playoffs. So this is not fair weather fans syndrome.

To 4:30 for the Bengals game Harbs is not happy, thinks the time will cause the fans to stay away... These guys really are in a different reality....
-
It reminds me of the scab year, was it 81? Replacement players, terrible football, seems that way now.
-
Once again the defense folds late in the games, late in season. If not for the refs wanting this to be a quick game and holding their flags, this might have had a different outcome. Once again the offense drives the field, then Marty gets cute inside the redzone with trick plays, leading to field goals.. Yes, they won, on a holiday week end, but it was a must win game for them and we did not see a must win effort. Coaching....
-
Please no, there are a number of backs they can get in this draft later in the rounds. The two back they have now are good enough, under contract for cheap. He is a great back but cam be shut down easily, but he will cost a bunch.
-
I'm challenging this play... Wait, no I'm not, ok I will... Don't call a timeout, let's take the 5 yard penalty. Ok, there is 1:30 left in the game, take your time.... I need another assistant coach.. It isn't my fault, it is the offensive coordinator's, I need another one... Ok, so we lead the league in penalties again, big deal. No, he is a decent coach, one who needs to go, being top five of crappy coaches still makes you a crappy coach.

What a load of crap. So they spent money on their practice facility, and the stadium, which they will charge fans more money to cover, and use the injury bug, to a lot of terrible players, to excuse poor play on the field? Not that they drafted wrong over the past 10 years, playoffs or not, or signed the wrong free agents? No, no that couldn't be the reason the offense has struggled over the past 10 years, save for one great playoff run. No, the coaching & front office are not to blame... Oh and that load of crap is going to convince the people who are staying away for many reasons, to come back?

Even wifh Shazer that Steeler defense was not very good, especially their secondary. They, like the Ravens d, looked better because of who they played. There really is no complete team this season, one could argue the Jags, but they are unproven, great defense though. The Eagles, Rams, good defense, very good offense. Rams have a great front four, but their back 7 is weak. Eagles are the opposite. Eagles though, have Foles, who knows which one of him will show up week to week. Saints, good offense bad defense. Panthers, solid defense but Cam has been Cybil this year. Cheifs? Please, even in their building they are not that great. Pats? Can't run the ball, can't stop the run and their secondary is horrible, but they have Brady and likely home field. The Ravens are one of a small few teams that can play well up there... So yes Max, anyone can win it this year if they get in, get hot. This year is much like the 2011-2012 season, average teams, who wants it more, who makes the least mistakes and capitalizes most on the other team's mistakes.... Bad football one reason theae rookie qbs are doing so well lately...

An offensive coordinator can make? Look no further than Atlanta and LA, Rams that is... See Matt Ryan's numbers? With the same talent as past years, but the results, 25 pts lower in passer rating.... Julio Jones, one of the best wide outs in the game, far below his normal numbers. Why? Play design, play calling... Ie; coaching. Look at the Rams, ok, they have the guy who was designing and calling plays for the Falcons the last few years, but look at the turn around on offense. Same players, save for 2 often injured never consistant in route running nor catching, wide outs... Yet they have a team rolling over defenses. Why? Coaching, play design, play calling. Yes, Joe makes some bad throws, bad decisions, but how often to we see recievers open? With room around them? How many oc's has Joe been through? Yeah, 4 or 5, ask any coach, any one who knows the game that is a recipe for disaster espeically with the Bums, save for Kubes, this team has had. Go lure Jim Bob, who knows how to design plays, use route combinations, call plays, watch this offense turn around... Make him head coach, the highest paid if you have to, I am sure he will be better than Harbs...
