  1. I like Engram too but then what is the reason we can't develop any? Poor talent selection? That means the FO.
  2. Yup, I agree with you. I think it's either Treadwell or a pass rusher. Probably the latter.
  3. Are you guys saying we need a new receivers' coach?
  4. There's nothing wrong about that scenario but it leaves out getting a playmaker for the offense. How about this guy in the 2nd if he's still there... http://www.cbssports.com/nfl/draft/players/1825087/josh-doctson
  5. I wouldn't believe anything that guy has to say about anything.
  6. Steelers receivers: Since '09, Steelers have drafted Mike Wallace, Antonio Brown, Emmanuel Sanders, Markus Wheaton, Martavis Bryant. Highest pick: 82nd overall. — Albert Breer (@AlbertBreer) January 10, 2016
  7. I think Seattle signed him to an extension. He won't be a free agent until 2017.
  8. Dirty play like Burfict pulled should result in immediate ejection as well as a league fine and suspension. It's the only way the play will get cleaner.
  9. That's possible and I hope that's what happens. Time will tell.
  10. Rogers cap number for 2016 is around 19 mil. Joe's is around 28 million. Just sayin'.
  11. I was disappointed with the team's strategy going in to the Flacco renunciations. I can't believe they would play with him having a $28 million cap hit. Nobody is worth that much. Plus by stating that, it would seem they've given the advantage to Linta in any talks. Disappointed and mystified.
  12. I'd say a combination of having the right player and the right scheme for them. Suggs in his prime was a factor too.
  13. Gilmore can block as he showed last year. I'd say keep Maxx and Gilmore.
  14. Pags' defenses were great. I so miss his 'organized chaos'! And so does our defense.
  15. Root for Cincinnati. I'd love to see the Steelers get wiped out on the first weekend. The Bengals deserve a shot at the SB after years of futility. On the other side of the league I'm rooting for the Pack. I can't help but root for a team that is publically owned and operated.
  16. They'd have to give up their second round pick for me to do that deal and I doubt they'll do that.
  17. Totally agree with Mikey this time. I don't want to hear any rah-rah bulls**t about how the team hung together under adversity, etc. They did well with that but I've heard it enough. There's plenty of problems on this team that they should address. I want to hear their plans for action not a defense of the season. Hopefully Bisciotti wants the same.
  18. Me too. I like Harbs but he'll just give us coach speak.
  19. I definitely remember that game and that season. The Bears game cost us a chance for another championship. Wasn't that also the game that ended Ameche's career? I know that happened sometime during that season.
  20. Just heard this late last night. A whole lot to discuss. Should be interesting!
  21. Well the season sucked big time. Now we're looking at the draft and you guys are talking about players I like. Who should we shoot for in free agency and will they be able to renegotiate Joe's contract? And if KO is gone, who's going to protect Joe's blindside?
  22. My sentiments exactly. The Bengals and Steelers don't seem to have any problem getting/producing batches of playmaking WR's.
  23. Hell, I'll be satisfied if we just keep it close with a minimum of mistakes. I'd like to see another decent start from Mallet and some semblance of a pass defense. Won't be easy. The Bengals, for now, are loaded with talent.
  24. The Bengals better win it all this year. They're going to have 17 free agents this year. The window is closing. http://espn.go.com/blog/cincinnati-bengals/post/_/id/15118/bengals-free-agency-2016-aj-green-andrew-whitworth-adam-jones
  25. I don't see where Harbaugh should go. But Chuck Pagano might be fired and be available for DC unless some other team picks him up as a head coach.
