Only 7 more days to full camp. Should be quite interesting to see what is happening with the O-line, Kubiak's O, and all the rest of it.

Hit the nail on the head. Joe is best passing off play action and, like every other QB (even the Manning's and Brady's)' he needs a line that protects him. Success will hinge more on RT and the running backs. Kubiak's schemes seem tailor made for the kind of offense Joe can be effective in. The only question is the O-line and running backs.

A lot of people say they're over the old Colts being turned into crap and leaving but I'm not one of them.

Way too early for this. I need to see Rick Wagner at RT, Steve Smith, Joe, Rice and in general the overall Kubiak offense.

He was a head coach for the Colts too, briefly in 1972. He filled out the year that Irksay fired McCafferty in. I'm pretty sure he also coached O-line before that. Don't know if he ever played though for the Colts.

I think he's the best local sports guy on TV. But he shouldn't be doing live play-by-play. I remember when his Dad was a coach for the old Colts.

I would think so too, but I haven't heard it even mentioned in the press.

Quite possibly he's done but before I pronounce last rites I want to see him in the pre-season.

Some of that decision making will have to be based on how effective our offense is scoring touchdowns. Usual pattern for Ravens has been that the FG kicker is vital (Stover and now Tucker).

Glad we didn't pay those guys. Says a lot about how we coach. And how Oz rates talent. He was off on the Boldin call though.

Is Lawrence Taliaferro subject to being suspended? Seems like I keep reading he's going to be around.

Tucker has both earned it and deserves it. There just has to be a way to make it cap-friendly.
