Appreciate the commentary...my cable went out in the 1st quarter and didn't come back until 2:54 left in the game. From what I saw, Mitchell looks stronger and just as fast and quick as before. Rush was under duress too much. D looks solid.

No starters against their #1's for at least a quarter. Just hoping for no injuries and that our reserves can hang with their regulars long enough to at least keep it interesting.

It's a physical game and sometimes emotions win out in a practice with another team. Wiggins learned a lesson here, I'm sure.

On a side note, Jackson threw 40 TD passes last year as against being intercepted only 4 times! That is a phenomenal ratio. In fact, it's the NFL all time season record.

I've been hot and cold about him over the years. Sometimes I agree with him and sometimes I don't. I like to follow Jeff Zreibac more than him. He seems more factual.

Yeah it was really satisfying to hear about Loop's perfect day. I'm sure it boosted his confidence. It did mine in him for sure. Can't wait to see him Thursday night. If Alexander stays healthy, the rest of the AFC better watch out. Our secondary is loaded. I don't know if Vorhees is the answer or not. I will be watching him closely against the Colts. The analysis I read of him and Cleveland is that they both run block well but have some trouble in pass protection. At least that was Preston's take on them last week.

Just found out they released Loop's kicking competition, Hoyland. Seems like odd timing. I wonder if they're going to bring in somebody else or if they're totally sticking with Loop now.

He has helped us out so many times in the past. It's good to see him get another chance to add bulk/height to our D-line.

It all sounds great and I have just one thing to comment on. I think Dez Walker deserves the depth slot that Tylan currently has unless Dez craps out in the pre-season. I'm hyped about the game with the Colts next week...it's just pre-season but it will be real football. Keeping my fingers crossed that we don't have any more multi-week injuries.

Likely was just carted off the field with some type of leg injury. Harbaugh says he'll probably be out of practice for about 3 weeks.

Hope the Likely rumors are true. That's one of several contract questions that needs answering before the season starts.
