You're on to something here, Crav, with Brunell. He was a dynamo in his time and I always liked him. I wonder if he'd be interested? As for Peyton, I think we're just dreaming guys. He'd probably like to coach Luck when Indy drafts him.

Singing Grubbs is a MUST. We could work with Gurode at C for a year though there's a good one supposedly available in the draft where we're picking. OT is a C+ in my estimation. Yanda is solid. I really doubt we'll be able to upgrade at OT in the draft---too many teams need help before where we're selecting.

I'm not over the loss either and I think thats one reason I can't get too worked up about Pees and Cam one way or the other. I agree with Max that our offense should be better than 15th in the league. I want to see our WRs get more separation and stop dropping the ball so often. I want to see a balanced offense---the Ravens were very successful against the Pats with play action passes because they stayed committed to having some ground game. But, I think the offense can do even better. Pees is an unknown to me despite his resume. If he is aggressive like Pagano we'll be fine. If he's a wimp like Mattison, we won't.

Hey everybody, I'm not sure how the hell I feel about Prees and Cam. Prees has an outstanding resume but we need somebody who will be very aggressive. He might be that way, I just don't know. I do know he is a long time buddy of Harbs and is that a good thing or a bad thing? Also, Cam coming back has me kind of down. He had some pretty awful offensive games this year but then he had some really good ones as well. I'd feel better if we hire a QB coach whom Joe would really want. What do you all think now that the deeds have been done?

Pees has an outstanding resume but is he a 'wreak havoc' kind of guy which we need? I don't know him well enough. Del Rio was very successful here. I wish Pagano had stayed.

And why can't we run the shotgun and hurry-up more than we do? Why don't we have more 3-step drop and pass? We had a good one to Torrey Smith during the game and that was the first time I've seen one in I don't know how long. The bottom line (as Ray would say) is that we have to get just a bit better. If we can find the right OC it just might make the difference.

And to think we have to endure yet another Oriole season with Peter Angelos as the owner before we get to the next Ravens season. Sickening! Give Dickson a shot in the preaseason, bring back Lee Evans for another try (he was out most of the year), get another kicker because I think Cundiff lost his confidence even before this last miss. On Cam...I don't hate him but I think we need new blood in the OC position.

I thought Cam adjusted and called a decent game after the first quarter. But I agree we have problems with WR separation and with the relationship Cam has with Joe. What I think would suit Joe would be a West Coast Offense and that would require a new OC.

I don't know if Ray and Ed will be back. I'm sure they'll take some time to really think it over. We might not know until the draft.

Drafting where they will which is way down the round, they'll have to go for best player available. OT and LB who could start would be nice but might be a tall order. Maybe a K. I'm really still too shocked to think clearly.

Max, I concur on all three points. I don't think we have to worry too much over the secondary anymore. We've got excellent corners.

He was better than Roethlisburger twice this season and was better than Brady today. Kudos for Joe.

Bottom line I guess is that either team could have won this game and it was just a shame it wasn't us. Can't believe it didn't go into OT on the missed FG. That was a shocker. They better bring Shayne Graham back or somebody else to provide competition for Cundiff. That miss was huge.
