Well, Josh Johnson and the 2's looked pretty good on offense. Defense was lacking. But it's so hard to judge the team when it's preseason and no regulars are playing. Heck, for most of the game it was our 3rd and 4th stringers...guys that won't even be on the team in a week. I would have liked to see Huntley play a little but I guess his injury hasn't healed yet. Didn't see Keaton Mitchell playing RB. Is he hurt too? Worried a bit about Mike Andrews and his 'undisclosed' injury. He wasn't even on the sideline. Hopefully, nothing is going on there. In two weeks we'll see Lamar, OBJ, Flowers, et. al., on offense and we'll see the Roquan-led defense in action. Looking forward to week 1 to see what we've really got.

The NFL doesn't give a squat about the players' well-being though they sure pretend that they do.
-
Things are definitely looking up and I hope it continues!!

Gee some good news on the injury front...reinforcements have arrived: https://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/rock-ya-sin-arthur-maulet-ravens-practice-cornerback-healthier

Seems spot on to me too. Really need to see more from Ojabo and Oweh Saturday night.
-
I'd be curious to know how many snaps Oweh and Ojaba had. I didn't hear their names mentioned at all. By the way, I was disappointed in the play-by-play guys...seemed they always were talking up the Commanders.
-
The entertainment level should be really high this year as the offense provides some fireworks but I worry about all the injuries to the secondary especially if we can't generate more pass rush than we saw last night. On too many plays Howell had all day to throw.
-
Zay Flowers is really special. Keep Keaton Mitchell. Hope nobody got hurt.
-
Huntley still nursing his injury tweak. And yes the streak could quit possibly end tonight but the game will be good experience for the backups. Keeping my fingers crossed on the injury front. And I have no idea why ESPN is showcasing this game. Seems stupid to me.
-
Glad to hear it's incentive laden. Hope he does well here. And can stay healthy.
-
How much cap space is left? We must be getting close to bumping into the limit.
-
If, if, if he can stay on the field he could be very helpful. We need another cornerback too
-
He's coming off an ACL tear but beggars can't be choosers. I think you're right about Fuller. Sign him too. As for my previous suggestion that they make a trade, I'll have to pull back. I don't know if anyone would be willing to trade us a good cornerback. They're too valuable.
-
Man, it looks like Zay can do it all. If he can stay healthy, he should be one of the best, if not the best, Ravens' receivers ever.
-
I have no problem bringing Fuller back but I think they need to make a trade rather than continually relying on guys off the street. Right now this is a BIG problem for the start of the season.
-
I had a feeling we'd miss Marcus Peters.
-
Geez, Tsyl, we cross posted at the same time. Damn shame about our secondary. I have no clue as to why this unit is so injury snakebit.
-
Our cornerbacks can never catch a break. Marlon Humphrey will be out for a month after having ankle surgery. Year after year we never have enough depth in the secondary no matter how many we have and injuries decimate us. WTF is going on?
-
Definitely some bad blood to result because of this. Mark should know better, really.
-
I doubt he will hold out but he might hold in so he avoids the fines. Like you said, we'll see.
-
Dobbins is off the PUP list and is apparently ready to practice. Anybody else heard this?
-
SI's write-up sounds very promising notes for Monken's O and the defense as well. It's just pre-season game one, but results were positive pretty much all around. Can't wait until the real season starts with the regulars playing.
-
I predict your new range will play tonight!
-
Sounds good. Next week it should be but I don't think Harbs will play them then. I think he's waiting for the regular season to start.
