Super effort by the defense. They are fast and hungry. O-line had great pass protection but poor at opening holes to run. White, Reynolds were impressive. Mallet looked pretty pathetic. We need Joe or a better backup. Agree about the RBs...pretty poor. It's only the first preseason game. We'll have to see if the defense holds up. And if the O can get out of its own way. Really would like to see more starters in the first quarter next week.

I don't think I really appreciated Flacco enough until watching the qb play tonight. Defense was even better than expected.

And he went for a second opinion last week. Prognosis was for a slow return according to Hensley.

According to Hensley, Howard hasn't been cleared by trainers yet so maybe conditioning test is the story. Or, maybe he hurt himself over the weekend moving here. That would be about par for this team, this training camp. Also Hensley says Joe had a second opinion last week and prognosis was for a'slow return.' Good news is hard to find for this team.

Shame about Gilmore but somebody had to go and the guy couldn't stay healthy.

I like the move and it didn't cost us any draft picks like a trade would have.

With the limited money they have if they do anything at all it has to be the offensive line. I can live with the running backs we have if the O-line could just straighten out. There should only be a play for Kaep if Joe can't go. The offensive line is a mess.

Brace yourselves, guys. It's going to a long, bumpy season. I can't see this team coming anywhere near breaking even. With all these injuries they have a chance to go 3-13 and set a new Ravens' record for losses.

Thanks Max. I figure practice will last about 2 hours but i don't have any idea about the fireworks show (when does it start and end).

Can't seem to find this info anywhere. Does anybody know how long practice lasts and how long the fireworks show is?

Yeah I also see West and Allen. Have no idea how this will work out. Especially with our O-line. Sheesh we can't even get to camp without a serious injury.

Sounds about right to me. We'll be competitive but we'll be better in one more year after we fix the OL. I don't see that happening this year.

Sure, the contract creates problems but a lot of qb's are paid ridiculously high salaries and we're stuck with it. That said, I agree with what Max posted above.
