  1. I saw that too and completely agree with all of the above posts.
  2. Just not going to be a good year...
  3. Well, it's beginning to look like Biscotti will have to make wholesale changes at the end of the season. I'd like to see Oz retire---it looks like the game has passed him by. Not sure Da Costa is the answer either since he's had his fingerprints on this team as well. College scouting needs to improve or we wont' leave this rut we're in. It's been years since we've had good players come to our team from the draft. I mean stars. Biscotti, get on the stick!
  4. I think Denver would have matched any offer we made. A shame they needed an HC the same time we had Kubiak.
  5. They're both getting that burned out look. They need a change for their sake as well as the Ravens. I think Biscotti will change coaches at the end of the season. Moving Joe to another team probably not. Think about the cap consequences.
  6. Yeah, I thought that too, but Denver head coach under his buddy Elway was too much for him to pass on.
  7. Three wins just might be it for this year.
  8. Yeah, I don't see how the Ravens survive against any defense with that line. If we win, Marty will look like a savior.
  9. This is what Mikey thinks: http://www.baltimoresun.com/sports/ravens/bs-sp-preston-column-1014-20161013-column.html
  10. Agree about giving Moore a shot at it. Blocking though has been piss poor on returns too.
  11. Trestman had to go. There was just no confidence in the offense by the players. Sure we could use better reserve linemen but the bigger problem there is I believe Castillo. So far as special teams, I dunno...Rosberg has been here for years and we did very well until this year. If the Ravens' swan dive continues, Harbs is going to be in trouble.
  12. Ravens 24 Redskins 20...the offense wakes up a bit and the defense holds together.
  13. Really great news. All the best to him.
  14. They didn't just ashcan Forsett, he wanted to go where he could play: http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/Ravens-And-Running-Back-Justin-Forsett-Mutually-Part-Ways/85c250af-f51a-47a2-a034-775d87bb3932
  15. The 2 Raiders' fans are out on $25000 bail. Seems too low to me especially since they're out of towners. Horrible situation and not the first time Raider fans have acted out.
  16. Sad to see but as the players always say 'its a business'.
  17. He is frustrated and pissed. The dink and dunk is not the game we should be playing. Get the damned run game going and that takes the rush pressure off Joe. If this keeps up, Joe won't last the season.
  18. They should give Urschall a shot at Center. Hope Stanley makes it back this weekend. Can still use Dixon---a lot. Hoping he is able to practice next week.

    Huh?

Ah! The article I got that from I believe was cut and pasted from the Sun. Thanks for tracking that down!

    Huh?

Regarding Lewis at LG this week: “It’s a concussion, so there’s really no physical issue with Alex,” Harbaugh said.
  21. After this game we'll know if our 'improved' defense is for real or just a mirage. The offense should pick up also even with the moving parts it has new.
  22. Agree. Wood like to see more of Max.

    3-0

Smith is OK but he's not a shutdown corner by any means. He is adequate. Wright keeps getting picked on---successfully.
  24. Haven't seen anything this year or last year to make me think he could. Hell, I'm not even sure Trestman can be an OC.
  25. I think Trestman and Castillo have not developed a decent run game yet and they have both been multiple years. Now, Castillo was successful when Kubiak was here but no other times. As for Trestman...he looks lost.
