  1. i think Pacman wins a unanimous decision, but i'm pulling for Bradley. this undercard sucks something awful though.
  2. I think Jimmie Ward is more valuable than hensley is giving him credit, and some may think he's more valuable than Pryor, it's not out of the question that Ward is drafted before Pryor, i do agree with hensley that Ward is the better fit for us, he can play all over the defensive backfield, even at corner. I don't think he'll be there when we pick in the 2nd.
  3. I really hope he is our center, thats the position that makes the most sense for him to play
  4. I don't know, if we know what kind of back-up Tyrod would be, as Crave is alluding to, when have we seen Tyrod, it's the same as what i hear about Asa, when have we seen the guy play, there is tangible talent that these two guys bring to the table that has yet been given the chance to shine, and yet the small sample that we have seen people are saying they are no good. We might have more talent on this team than we think, just let some of these guys get some playing time before we are so quick to label them a bust or we need to get rid of them.
  5. I'd be good with it, only if he can play center, we have guards already so it wouldn't make sense to get the guy and have him as a backup because he's probably better than Gino at center. Him being a thug or whatever he's been labeled i could care less about. he's plays with an attitude that i like, maybe it could be contagious along the O-line.
  6. now do you see why all the Steve Smith talk was happening, and i thought they weren't going to cut him. I'm stoked, Steve Smith is the shot in the arm this team needs.
  7. I just heard the same thing, Mack is the backup plan if deal with monroe can't get done.
  8. i'd rather have Smith and use him in the slot, he's not a #2 outside wr at the point, i think he's more valuable at slot and gives you leadership and passion, you still draft a wr though and have Steve Smith mentor him.
  9. steve smith here playing the slot, i like! and he is a passionate leader, we need that right now.
  10. i don't think Gerhardt would cost that much money and i'm anticipating rice being suspended 8 games if not the whole season. thats why i'm thinking we're going to get a RB in either free agency or the draft, my pick would be Gerhardt
  11. I 100% totally agree, we can not give Pitta too much money, what he does is not all that valuable to me. And now they're saying he wants a WR tag if franchised, let him hit FA and he might understand he not as valuable as he might think.
  12. at RB, i like Toby Gerhart, he's a pounder, that as the article says hasn't taken many hits playing behind Peterson. he ran through our defense in the snow game. I like his running style , he was very productive at Stanford and we need some physicality at the RB position. 26 and still fresh
  13. I've been a fan of "Juice" since we drafted him and looked at his college tape, he laid some wood last year on special teams at times. But his versatility on offense is what has me excited about him. He can do too many things well to not have him on the field. He'll be very valuable in the passing game, has great hands and lines up all over the place, saw him catch some bubble screens in college, line up in the slot, line up as a TE and of course FB.
  14. This is what i'm talking about, what you're addressing and what Rasta is addressing are two totally different things , yet your pompous high and mighty ass feels a need to quote someone and then proceed to give a lecture and it doesn't have anything to do with what you're quoting. This is why a call you stupid
  15. Ok you're talking about the worse case scenario and i am talking about the best case scenario, there is no wrong or right, BTW i know the rules about the program i don't need to learn anything from your pompous high and mighty ass.
  16. I'm not wrong stupid, what i am, is assuming the best case scenario, all you're doing assuming the worse case scenario.
  17. Nothing is going to happen to Thompson other than maybe being put in the substance abuse program( getting tested more often than everyone else).
  18. when i see people saying it's the law, it's a cop out, yeah thompson got caught with some weed, what's the big deal, and yeah he was stupid about it, i have a circle of friends that have been smoking for over 20 years and not one time have they been caught smoking it or having it in there posession, so yes he was young and dumb about it. Question , is there any other country where in some parts of the country something is illegal and other parts of the country it's legal.
  19. Big Deal , so what, this country is a joke! just because something is a law doesn't make it right, when i see people hiding behind the "it's the law" makes me think you don't having a fucking brain, it use to be legal to own another human being , so craven if you were alive 150 years ago , i guess you would own a slave because it was legal right? C'mon man.
  20. I am just hoping there's a way to tear it up, just because i think it's a bad contract at this point, i guess you can call it wishful thinking. i know it's a little far-fetched but you can always hope.
  21. Well i don't care who is wearing a ravens uniform, if they are helping my team win games i'm going to root for that player to do well. Now if the Ravens can tear up Ray Rice's contract without any penalties i am all for that because i think he is on the down side of his career, but by no means am i not going to pull for him if he is a Baltimore Raven next year.
  22. Some people just can't keep there word, it really is sad in these days and times that two men can come to an agreement and one of them simply just can't keep his word. A mans word is sometimes all he has and when he breaks it , well it really gives you some insight into that mans character.
  23. well, there are things i am willing to look pass if a guy he helping us win games, look papa i'm just a fan, if i we're in upper management on the ravens maybe i'd have a different viewpoint , but bottomline i just want my ravens to win games, you're not going to win many football games with a team full of choirboys, you need some "Thugs" out there. If ray rice had a career year, i would want the ravens to try and get out of the contract, but since he had a horrible year, they should see what they can do about getting out of the contract. i guess i am part of the some you are talking about then,if they produce you let them get away with a little more than they average player.
  24. LOL, which one of them has routinely beat there girlfriend?
