Amen! Darryl Smith is standing out in camp. I want to see Brandon Williams, Canty, Dumervil, Omar Brown (31), Brown, (59), the receiver battle, center battle...hell...I want to see it all. I love watching everybody and trying to see "who wants it more". Who will be the next undrafted rookie to show he belongs and is a playmaker. There are 2-3 on this roster at the moment. We all know this is basically a scrimmage to evaluate players. It's not really a game. Based on the past, we will not see a hint of the Ravens offense and defense until opening day. So WTF are they going to do? Block, tackle, throw, catch, run.

The addition of Joe would turn a lot of teams into playoff teams. His loss to Baltimore would mean years of not making the playoffs. If the Cowboys or Houston got him they'd be Super Bowl favorites. Joe can do what their QB's can't...win in the playoffs. If Miami gets him they win the division. They'd pay anything for Joe. Chicago...playoffs! The Bucs would rise from the ashes. Same for the Bills. Need I say Browns....they might make a wild card but definitely be the best team in the North if they got some receivers for Joe next year. What do you pay for that? He could take the Bengals to the Super Bowl. What do you pay for that? KC...wow.... Jets and Philly...problems solved. How about the Vikings? Joe and Adrian....

They have to start gaining ground now.

About 20 teams would give their left nut for Joe.

It's good to get some information on Shipley and Spears. I feel better about the center position and figured Spears was average because I've heard very little about him. It looks like Spears will be in the run rotation...giving players a rest. There's 4 pre season games to play so the cream will rise to the top. I'm not worried about Elam. Ihedibo has experience and he has developed well. Communication and knowing the defense and the offenses of the NFL is a must at safety. Elam has a lot to learn.

I loved JO's induction. Loved how he plugged Art and his comments about his coaches, team mates, our city and fans. All of us did "grow up together" as fans because it was a long layoff between franchises and it was a new generation of fans. I was used to Memorial Stadium and "The Worlds Largest Outdoors Insane Asylum". The early years were not like that. Fans did not know when to yell or be quiet. I times I thought the "wine and cheese crowd" had taken over....maybe because the cost of PSL's was beyond the blue collar guys reach. This is why I will never forget the Ravens first win over the Jaguars in 2000. That day the fans were like it used to be. The noise and turmoil went on long after the game was over. There was literally dancing in the streets. They built on that all season as we yelled our brains out when the D took the field and it hasn't changed since. The Ravens home record is outstanding and the 12th man is a big part of that. The bust doesn't look too much like JO.....but we can now mark the Hall as "Ravens Country!

For the same reason that Dee just posted. It's a hate word. It's dirty. It's filthy. It's ugly. It's full of negative energy. What's Cooper's punishment? To raise his level of awareness....to raise his conscousness....to wake up. Anybody who uses that word needs to do the same.
