  1. And we still have Mason/Clayton, Housh/Clayton, Heap and Rice/Clayton.. this is insane. Well that is a challenge Rex!
  2. Better Ravens, than any of the other from the division.
  3. Its too late to PUP stallworth, should have been before TC.. when he was healthy and it was not an issue, so he count. DL.. Sure we know Ngata are not taking every play. Nine would be fine if we were a 4-3 team, when they count Suggs and JJ as LBers, we are still first of all a 3-4 team. OL.. Sure we are fine if they are healthy, if Gaither and Cousins some how shows up in week 1-2.
  4. I only think we are not done. 9 DL I am not sure how there should be GT for more than six or seven, and a OL who could need depth is my real concerns.
  5. QB: Do we bring in one to the PS.. WR: I am not a fan of keeping Staalworth when he is out for at least 8 weeks, Will Reed or Marcus survive, we need help in other areas.. OL: Only eigth men including Gaither and Cousins.. we should need a backup vet? DL: Nine men for 3 spots.. if you say Ngata take one it is eigth for two spots, what! They have to like their D-Linemen a lot, or not, or they are still hoping for a trade here! LB: Barnes is out.. Hopefully they believe in Burgess and Jones more.. And Philips does he ever make it to the 45? Safety: With Ed out, it had to be like this. CB: Who will we bring in! Punt return: Who will it be? KR: I hope Parmele takes over from last year, and please not Wilson! K: Cundiff.. He better improve his stats and do it when it matters!
  6. Agreed.. And we still have more than 20 players from the Billick era. An impressive number considering you add 5-10 rookies each year + FAs. He still has to explain to Ozzie and Steve. No way he can make silly statements like that with a potential Hofer, no matter how deserving and temptating it is.
  7. Have we ever before started a preseason game with an OL who had zero NFL-experience? Anyway Talavou and Kruger was not at their best when they left the game. The IR list is going to be massive as always. And lots of possibilities, sigh! QB: Bulger.. 1-6 games fine, if he starts every game with a fumble its not strange when/if he is playing more than that and he is out. OL: Gaither, Hale, Cousins, Harewood..? Sanders is out. WR: Stallworth out 8 weeks or more, Boldin, Dwil, Clayton and Heap..? injuries is in their blood. RB: McLaughlin out. Lawrence PUP. DB: Haruki, Webb, Fabian..? all coming back from IR. Fox, Walt and Paschal is out, ED PUP LB: Philips..? Ayanbadeyo and Kindle PUP. DL: Kruger, Cody, Talavou, McKinney, Divins and Art Jones..? Oh and Father time..Mason, Ray, Pryce and Buddy Lee.
  8. Agreed. It was a two years extension so it is three years! Bulgers salary for one single season more than Becks three years, so they can probably cut him with few complications. Becks value = Nada. It was a curious deal. I believe it was first of all a friendly gesture to Beck and the Ravens needed a body here and now, they liked Dutch still they could have had another body or what ever.
  9. This was basically Kings words as well... Ravens and Steelers as could be SB contenders if, and Bengals winning the division.
  10. Wow this is ballhawk! Welcome home. The last two seasons Seahawks have had 381 interception yards, probably not impressive but Josh Wilson had 261 of those!

    Expectations

I know our PO record, still beating teams like Indy, Steelers and Pats should be so much better at home.
  12. Unless there is something seriously wrong with Graham, he has to be the man. His 85% FGs score is simply in another league compared to Cundiffs 75% FGs, why should Cundiff suddenly improve? Graham had a down year last year, still better than Cundiff + Graham came from several very solid years while Cundiff most of the time was without a job.
  13. Great game so fare, and also Fabian and Carr.. they are NFL CBs!
  14. Even Beck with what.. ten days, looked better than Sanchez.. And at that time Jets still played their starters.
  15. Agreed on 1-9. And yes the ST did great. The fake punt.. I love it! In the preseason too, the opponents now know we could use Koch (Cows 08) or Nakamura as a RB and most important it will only help our gunners to make their plays, and btw they did a good job too! I still take Graham over Cundiff.. Not really sure how you can tell Cundiff looks better? Cundiff had at least one shaky FG, and Graham a +50 yards miss, KOs both have had 5 and they have been basically identically.. only two return yards seperates them btw in Grahams favour. Anyway they have both been in the league since 2001/2 and I take Grahams 85%FGs over Cundiffs 75%. Overall from the 30-39: Graham kicks 9/10, Cundiff 7/10. This is a kick you need to do.. Last year Cundiff was 4/7 at that distance, simply not impressed, why should Cundiff suddenly improve? Yeah Graham had a bad PO game, Cundiff had a terrible game in week 17 when we needed a win. And I do believe more GT only helps, there is a reason why Graham has been the starter, while Cundiff most of the time has not.
  16. No, not sure how you come up with this? Try 3-1 and it would be more likely. In billicks nine season he had a record of 21-15 in the first four games. Only one season with more defeats was 2005 by 1-3.. same only season we was pretty much out of PO after eigth games. Even in Billicks worst season we were 4-4 in 2007. 1-4 games: 21 W- 15 L 5-8 games: 17-19 9-12 games: 20-16 13-16 games: 22-14 So only period when Billicks teams lost more than they won, was from game 5-8.
  17. Wow what happend that day in New England, a fluke? Seriously what is your standards for PO?
  18. At least that is so much bs. Clayton or Stallworth as the third WR migth change from game to game, as the true backup for Boldin who have the record of only playing 11 games each season and Mason who is aging, I am more comfortable with take Clayton. Dwil is always on IR when you need him. And Taylor what spot did we use on him, and where is he now?
  19. Those numbers from Hensley is so meaningless, he is counting 80 men, and our Ravens have more than 60 players with NFL experience, we had a record of RFAs, and we have probably fewer undrafted rookies than most. Players who will likely not make it in most cases and still they count and confuse the entire issue. What is interesting is what the average age will be when we cut to 53! And how old our starters will be, that number will hopefully be more than 26! For now it would probably be something like 28.
  20. 5 minutes from the Ravens camp.. and still there.
  21. Agreed. And what is it we are looking for, starting CBs! And If there will be a trade for a starting CB, we would have to give up a lot more than Beck, probably something starting with a firstround pick and a proven starter. For now it will only be the Walkers, Ivys and Oglesbys.
