Not sure what you are complaining about, Unless you expect that we win every sunday, sure we are not winning every game, and sure why did they not get Nolan back.
In 2005 Mason and Rolle did improve our team.
In 2007 we basically only did two things tagged Suggs and signed McGahee.. (who btw was our entire offense in 2007, did score a lot of TDs last year and is leading the NFL in TDs this year) At least I felt pretty good about our roster that year, then again I did not see all those injuries.
In 2006 and 2008 Ozzie made some good signings who helped our team to get 13/11 wins. Maybe you are not pleased with those seasons.. I am, surprised too.
McNair, Pryce and Stills improved our team in 2006. Last year same thing with Ayanbadeyo, Anderson, Neal, Fab Washington and Leonhard, and you migth hate Walker but even he did help us late last season..
This year.. and you are forgetting we also resigned Ray and Suggs. Birk and K. washington has helped us already and LJ Smith.. I think it is difficult to ask for much when Heap is doing his job hopefully he will be there when his number is called.. Foxworth and Carr frankly I am dissapointed, and especially Fox with his huge cap. Landry and DW, its not exactly much we have spend there.
The proplayer guy is now Vincent Newsome together with De Costa.. However it was Kokinis who held the job for the last 4-5 years.. he is now GM for the Browns.. Someone obviously liked what that guy was doing in recent years.

You're probably right on both accounts - I mean, he'd probably be starting on this team this year.
But he was benched for a reason last year and his benching seemed to help this team. I'm really no McAlister basher. I just think his play last year and late the year before was subpar (perhaps still better than what we have now - but I don't want decent or average, I want good).

In 2007 he played eigth games, the last one hurt against Patriots and still one of the best in that game.
Last season he started strong with four turnovers and seven PDs in the first four games and our Defense led the NFL also in passing games, he hadnt recover from injury.. which seemed to be Harbs official explanation and then obviously something ugly happend between him and Harbs and we had that Clots game, when he played poorly.. whatever the rest is history.
3 reason to why C-Macs is not here.
1. Harbs dislike him.
2. Injury.
3. Cutting him, and we save 8 mil.

Except for the first Q, our ST-unit did a good game, better than expected, despite missing Ayanbadeyo.
No this loss belongs not entirely to the ST, what about Masons two drops ( the one in the EZ was great off course), or Cams playcalling in the first half, Oher struggling vs Allen, Birk and Grubbs vs Williams or Mcgahees and Flaccos poor effort in the first half.. And for sure the D and especially the secondary.
Our puntunit was good, our kickoffs decent, our kickreturn decent.. something like theirs and our punt return.. we had the only important one in the game when Ray sacked Favre, and we started at theirs 33.. and Rice TD..
As for adjusting I think Rosburgh did a good job.

foxworth and washington are signed to big long term deals and are going nowhere. Week 4 we have clayton to blame, week 5 is the secondary, week 6 is haushka. THis is so depressing. Every week a sense of false hope at the end only to be let down.
I think you are wrong about Fabian, I believe he is in a contract year.
Btw week 6 is also the secondary to blame.

Last year, it was also 3-3, and then we had a QB who had one TD.. Now he is like something else.

No doubt we will loose this one if we only focus how to avoid a loss. I am tired of hearing about other teams strengths. Need to show ours. If we have to loose this one I prefere we do it with style, one more of those last minute comebacks when we face this superman called Referee, and I am going to be sick.
Shut down Peterson and CT has to be the first thing. Let it be up to Favre, and hopefully we will se our front seven giving him a hard time.
We need to get back in track to controle the game, has to win TOP! Give me much dose of McGahee some Rice and late in the game plenty of McClain, combined with use of Heap and LJ and Cam would make my day if DW was involved in that game too.
