Robjr83 Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Heard he was getting surgery on his back. I guess they'll put Wagner at LG? Quote
Robjr83 Posted November 1, 2013 Author Posted November 1, 2013 They're reporting Shipley will start. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Hrm...better long term for him. Backs are no joke. Jensen is healthy...wonder if they'll use him. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Huh? Not to my knowledge. He was healthy this week in practice. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 as of yesterday... FULL PARTICIPATION: LB Josh Bynes (finger/thigh); DT Terrence Cody (knee); T Michael Oher (ankle); RB Bernard Pierce (thigh); C Ryan Jensen (foot) Quote
Robjr83 Posted November 1, 2013 Author Posted November 1, 2013 I'm not big on Shipley or Reid.... I'd thought Wagner since he's big. Quote

papasmurfbell Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 I thought he was waiting until the off season. Quote
oldno82 Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 The offensive line sure didn't need this. I don't know if we have a truly competent backup. I tend to think not. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Shipley has been working out at G all week. He'll be ready this week...Another thing I read is that Castillo is being regulated to upstairs and Moeller will be coaching the line from the sidelines...could we see a new run game? Quote
vmax Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 “We’ll actually be better there with a healthier player,” Harbaugh said. “You want your guys at 100 percent, so A.Q. has played well, he’s played very well when he’s been in there. He’s a football player. He’s always played well whenever he’s played.” I agree with Harbaugh. This could be an upgrade on the line. Too bad for KO...he's a great player when he's 100%.Back surgery is not a good thing. This will be very hard to overcome and play this game. I'm sure he'll have the best doctors working on this. oldno82 Posted November 1, 2013 Posted November 1, 2013 Also read Flacco is going to call the blocking assignments not Gradkowski and to plan on seeing more of the shotgun this week as well as more 3 receiver sets and less of Vonta. 1 Quote
