Being a new Ravens fan I'd like to take in as much as possible. Can someone please list out the top sports radio shows and the top sports columnists / reporters that cover the team. Both espn and local.

Writers: Check out John Eisenberg who does columns once a week on the ravens website. He used to work for The Sun and he's got a steady approach to the team with no axes to grind.

 

I don't listen much to radio sports shows so someone else will have to step up for that one.

Actually I originally would have agreed with you. But after Vinny left the same stupid moves were being made. So Vinny, Allen and every other guy makes the same stupid moves.

I like Scott Garceau in the afternoons and the morning show isn't bad on 105.7 the Fan

Aaron Wilson, Jason Butt and Jason LaCanfora (he does NFL for CBS but has good Ravens insight) are my favorites. Eisenberg is also really good. Preston sometimes says things just to be different and stir the pot but I would read him as well for an alternate view.

thanks for all the input. This has been very helpful. I'm very excited to be part of a strong organization. After cancelling my redskins tickets I'll purchase some tickets to some games next yr and hopefully go to a home playoff game this year.
