Tornado700 Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 Anyone heard about how bad their injuries are? My guess is that Danny will miss about 4 weeks, due to a hamstring. Zadarius-I think that he may be out for the season. And, I really hope I'm wrong. If you hear or read anything about these two good football players, please post it here. Inquiring minds want to know. Tornado700 Posted September 11, 2017 Author Posted September 11, 2017 Zadarius has a sprained knee. Danny boy has a hamstring injury. Both players don't know when they will be back but it def. will not be season ending for both. There's a spark of hope for us. Quote
vmax Posted September 11, 2017 Posted September 11, 2017 They need Woodhead especially. The offense stalled without him. Quote
Tornado700 Posted September 12, 2017 Author Posted September 12, 2017 I read today that he will be out several weeks, but probably closer to a month. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 Ian RapoportVerified account @RapSheet #Ravens RB Danny Woodhead (hamstring) is expected to be out roughly 4-6 weeks, sources say. The bright side is he'll be back this season. 3:50 PM - 12 Sep 2017 Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 I think the over under on game Danny plays should be 6. Quote
Spen Posted September 12, 2017 Posted September 12, 2017 He's a 32 year old runningback, he'll be healed in no time Quote
tsylvester Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 3rd time in 4 years he will have missed most of if not all of the season. While one cannot predict injury, this is another mark on the Ponzy Schemer... 6-8 weeks, hammies are never truly healed until you stop using them for a long time... Harbs said Smith injury is not serious, so I guess we can expect him to go on IR soon.... Quote

When a guy has bc injury prone they are predictable. Harbs said Smith injury is not serious, so I guess we can expect him to go on IR soon.... Quote
vmax Posted September 13, 2017 Posted September 13, 2017 More good news.... The good news for Baltimore is that outside linebacker Za’Darius Smith, who went down with a knee/ankle issue in Sunday’s game, is not expected to have a prolonged absence....http://www.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/Whos-Practicing-Whos-Not-vs-Cleveland-Browns/6b361576-cd08-49a4-b55b-4090956736ca Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 http://sportsnaut.com/2017/09/ravens-place-rb-danny-woodhead-injured-reserve/ Ravens place RB Danny Woodhead on injured reserveA single game. How useful and effective. Quote
GrubberRaven Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 Eligible to return after 8 weeks, but report what you want. Langford is the next man up, so I'm curious to see what he does. Flacco wants Camp in that role, but I guess we'll see Sunday. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 Canady will be eligible after 7 more weeks. The way they pick up injuries do you think they will need that 2nd spot for a more important player? Danny would be hurt within another 2 weeks anyways. Quote
tsylvester Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 Yeah, Woodhead can return in 8 weeks, if he is healthy and if there is reason for his return. If they are in the running for a top 5 pick instead of a playoff spot, no need for him to return... Retire Ozzy, please retire and take Harbs with you... Quote
Tornado700 Posted September 14, 2017 Author Posted September 14, 2017 Channel 13 sports says that Woodhead should be good to go in 11 weeks. Ouch! He'll def. be ready for the playoffs. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 Then he is hurt during his game back. He can't survive in the NFL anymore. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 21 games in 3 seasons does not show the ability to stay healthy. Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 You disagree with a fact? So after the game on Sunday bmore fans and media outlets can say they won and the Cle fans and media can disagree and say they won? There can be alternative facts? Quote
Tornado700 Posted September 14, 2017 Author Posted September 14, 2017 Papa- are you smoking meth? You don't make any sense here.(Ending anymore responses) Quote
papasmurfbell Posted September 14, 2017 Posted September 14, 2017 How does questioning you not thinking facts don't exist make sense? Your line of reasoning I am equating with Kellyanne Conway's alternative facts concept. Quote
