papasmurfbell Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 I saw that and Rex is a moron on that front.
GrubberRaven Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 What mistakes has DeCosta made? This is all on Ozzie still?
papasmurfbell Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 I am talking about Harbs learning from mistakes. I do question DeCosta about being the right hand man to Ozzie and his mistakes. I do think that should be addressed by him.
oldno82 Posted December 13, 2018 Posted December 13, 2018 I dunno guys. This year's rookie crop looks pretty good to me. A welcome departure from the last several drafts. Maybe DeCosta is on to something.
Spen Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 Nice, the consensus is the recent crop of rookies looks pretty good and that Harbs has evolved as a coach. What a wise group we have here!

Maybe DeCosta is on to something. But he was right hand for what the 5 previous drafts? I have noit heard that Ozzie was not the one who was picking already. I just think Eric needs to speak on this. He could say I was point on this last draft and the question is gone.
GrubberRaven Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 They won't come out with that and we'll never know. Pure speculation.
papasmurfbell Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 Then he has a taint on him until he really proves otherwise.
krf82 Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 Where in the crop is recognized now as a "Playmaker"?
papasmurfbell Posted December 14, 2018 Posted December 14, 2018 I think Andrews has been quite good. Zues Jr has been pretty solid. Bozeman was not horrible in a pinch. Kenny Young could be the LB they need long term. Those are all in just this yr. They all need to be given 3 yrs to stand or fall. So fas so good
JPPT1974 Posted December 15, 2018 Posted December 15, 2018 Well it seems that Joe is albeit reluctantly passing the torch to Lamar. As would not be surprising if the kid started the rest of the year.
papasmurfbell Posted December 15, 2018 Posted December 15, 2018 Short of injury Jackson needs to start the rest of the way. Joe has been reluctant form day one of the draft. He kept Lamar at arms length.
