  1. Career ender is more like it. ozzie sure can pick em. I know, you can't count on injury free players, but for the past few years it seems that ia all he can draft; players who can't stay healthy....
  2. Under 100 yards passing, with 2 qbs. A "top" defense getting shredded by one of the worst qbs in the league. Can't win em all but you should have a shot at winning them all. Today, they had no chance. Twice in 3 games Flacco threw less than 20 passes and completed 50 % or less. Clearly his back is an issue, maybe the long plane ride and little time to recover played a role in his lack of performance. They can't get rid of Flacco, the cap ramifications are too dire. But Marty clearly is not the answer at OC, something almost every fan knew yet Harbs did not, I guess. Harbs can't find the right fit at OC and Flacco leads the league in coaching changes at that position, so they might as well get a head coach who can coach offense - ( Jim Bob Cooter) .... I know, only 3 games in, there is "time" left in the season, and yes, they still could be a 10 win team, sure, anything is possible until it is not...
  3. I dont want to be a postman in Timbuktu, wearing shorts & bobby socks....
  4. Unprepared, you don't lose that badly unless the team is not ready. He has made horrible decisions since he got here, shown no improvement what so ever. Chosing to arrive in London so close to the game time, well, you see the Result.... Take Ozzy and his minions with you....
  5. Max, they gave up 37 pts to the Titans and Mariota, but held him to 15 of 27 for 215, 1td, 2 picks, 2 sacks. It was largely done by big plays, 42 yard touchdown pass, a few 15 -20 yard passes. Sound familiar? It is only 2 games, but that is a very good defense....
  6. Crav, their defense is pretty good and I would not bet $1 that Howard can keep Calais Cambell out of the back field. With London, as any gambler should know, is no easy bet, neither playing there nor when the teams come home and play they next few weeks...
  7. Good stuff VA, I figure the wins all come down to how the offensive line does, plain & simple.
  8. VA did you post something?
  9. Jags have a very good defense, add that it is London and I would not count that as a win. The Vikes gave the Steelers a run for thier money without Bradford, they too have a very good defense. Miami is a solid team all the way around, that could easily be a loss. It has only been two games, but there are symptoms that this team, could still be the same team as last year, or worse. 10 turnovers, how many offensive points? How many sacks in two games, with all those turn overs? Still wide outs running wide open because of broken coverage, mix ups in the secondary; we've seen this show before, been told they will fix it... The offensive line, will it get better, with Yanda out? If not, that offense will be in big trouble. It is an old mantra but one game at a time even for fans, because we still do not know what this team is, it has only been two games..
  10. http://m.baltimoreravens.com/news/article-1/Ravens-Sign-Two-Offensive-Linemen-to-53-Man-Roster/6fe0ab81-3e84-417e-94ba-589bc499d448
  11. Bortles is good practice for the defense to sack, he is big like Ben, doesn't go down easy....
  12. Terrible offense but a for real defense. I may have to lower the over & under on offensive points. Oh Mort reports Bortles is on a short leash...
  13. The offensive line is going to have their hands full Sunday (morning), this could be a 6-3 game.... Two games, that is all it has been. Sacks are not based on luck, so we need to see more of them for the D, less of them from the O. More Campy out of the back field, just not on jet sweeps, swing him out on bananna routes, wheel routes, miss match on linebackers.
  14. A lot of teams now need 3- 4 games of the regular season to gell. With all those practice rule changes, they have little choice. I suspect it won't be till week 6 when we know how good this defense and team are, by then they will be in the run or on the run..
  15. Take advantage of poor qb play all you can, as coach Herm says;"all you can do is play who is on your schedule." This Sunday should not be much different, sharpen those claws so when better qbs & offensive lines come calling, you are ready...
  16. West is nursing a "soft tissue" injury. No time table other than day to day... Is this what they call charlie horses now or is a different injury... Only the shadow, err um Harbs knows.....
  17. Bout time the Feds got involved with this crap. Even the more established companies need to be pulled in, I cannot believe people are falling for this dna where am I from crap.... Let a lone from some start up tied to a billionaire telemarketer...
  18. Lots of broken coverage again, but at least they caught the passes thrown to them.
  19. I tell yeah, I think Lofton explained it well, with the safeties playing so deep, the chance of the deep ball was very poor. I really liked the play calling, espeically the draw at the end of the half, took em by surprise. They do, however, have to stop playing for field goals, against good teams it will haunt them.
  20. He did great, it was his first start of the year. Poor Yanda...
  21. 2-0 the field looked great and so did Joe. The defense was tough, Kizer was a putz, I love this team but Biscutt is nutz..
  22. Well, Collins can be used as a fullback, decent catcher too, Langford is a straight up runningback. Maybe that is their motive.
  23. True, but Langford was not that type. They had one in Mizzel, we shall see if they can find one...
  24. Very lite he is still under his rookie deal
  25. Collins is a harder runner, good power. That position swap is a wash... The cb, with Hill still nursing a hammy, could be interesting.
