  1. Is anyone really that intrigued or excited by Valentine anyway? This doesn't really hurt my feelings.
  2. It will come together...for another team. After we trade them for more prospects.
  3. That's because you've overlooked the source of said "logic".
  4. I KNEW you'd whine about that. Boston shot 9 FT's all game before the final couple at the end. The Lakers had 26. The officiating was at best (...at BEST) even.
  5. This was the first week I remembered all season. And all I ended up doing was picking up a SS.
  6. I agree with all of that, excluding the "deep kickoffs" thing. Graham = Matt Stover. Our kickoffs will be just like those of old. Not complaining, just pointing it out. Anyway, we're loaded, and I couldn't be more excited to start watching them.
  7. I absolutely agree with you considering government interference. But that kind of goes out the window when a vastly important portion of your country's land (and all the things living on or near it) is in irreparable condition. I really couldn't care less if they tell BP to get out of the US forever. I'm not on their side. I just want the issue fixed. Now.
  8. People ran all around yapping their heads off at Bush for taking too long with response to Katrina when he had to wait for the governor to request for help. Bobby Jindal has been screaming for help and nothing's really come yet. I understand the lesson Obama's preparing to drill into our heads: "get rid of oil". But let's clean up the mess first, you idiot. This is getting ridiculous. PS: http://www.ifitwasmyhome.com/ and (not for lighthearted): http://www.boston.com/bigpicture/2010/06/caught_in_the_oil.html
  9. Well, to be honest, by flaming I meant "gay". ;) I honestly hate everything about both of them, though. It's like being a Yankees or Steelers fan. And, no, I don't think NBA's more entertaining than baseball at all. College basketball, sure, but the pros are an absolute yawn.
  10. Hopefully they don't rape anyone in celebration. (Am I becoming a troll? )
  11. Lakers and Celtics are two of the most flaming teams in professional sports. I hope they both lose and David Stern falls from the ledge of his luxury box.
  12. I know you did, which is why I said that. That's all. And it's probably inevitable. I just hope they think better of it and start doing things that really need to be done. It is not worth the time and effort to fire Trembley when no one else intriguing is available. None of them are going to outperform him. Fix what really needs to be fixed...
  13. I just want Crowley to go. I don't really care whether Trembley stays or goes because there's nothing better on the curb right now, and the guy isn't exactly the problem. And you should've realized by now that the league office totally fucked the O's over on the early part of the schedule this year.
  14. Those are not true and exact depictions of the flag (caricatures, really), so it doesn't matter. Crav, it is supposed to be burned. But you can take it to an American Legion to do that. Not all of them do, though.
  15. Screw that. Syracuse, please. I still want to know how you lose to Army...
  16. Happy birthday sir. Hope it is currently/was a good one.
  17. That's pure bullshit. His rookie year, he showed huge promise as the season neared end. His second year was his best (nearly 1,000 yards on only 67 catches). His third year was the "McNair can't throw anymore and Boller has to replace him" year. You are an absolute liar if you're telling me that Clayton deserved to be/should have been cut after his third season. Hindsight is 20/20, but I guess your vision is just better than everyone else's.
  18. The point remains. How is that funny?
  19. God no. Granted, I don't think you can get cheaper gas outside of Essex, but the BPs are still pricier than anywhere else. I refused to go to them (and Shell) even before the spill. Now there's less chance.
  20. Just read the criteria. The Ring of Honor is not a collection of the best statistically successful players in Ravens' history. I wouldn't complain if he were offered, but I'm not terribly thrilled with the idea of him being part of it.
  21. 6 unsigned RFAs might be the most, but we had more than most in the first place. There will be an absolute barrage of signings in the days before and during June 15th. No worries, Max.
  22. What's your email?
  23. It was! The only thing about that game I really remember is Blake and the Ravens going towards the locker room at halftime, until the Saints called a timeout (the clock hadn't yet hit :00) and made them run another play.
  24. Second smallest announced crowd in Camden Yards history.
  25. Better young than old.
