  1. Steelers are scum. We all know this, but these folks aren't driving the points home with charges. All this civil suit crap is pissing me off.
  2. I'd like to see Graham more than any of them, but Cundiff isn't far behind. Rackers can't make the big kick.
  3. Nice picks, 83! Sorry I couldn't play. I had work that day.
  4. He did enter on CBS. Except it was Bracket Manager, not the competition. In Bracket Manager, you can change your picks any time, including after the games. Who knows if this story is true.
  5. Syracuse...
  6. Yet they still did.
  7. Same as Spen. I was really hoping I could make it actually...haven't drafted in a baseball league in awhile.
  8. A safety can win the game in overtime. haha
  9. That game made me feel horrible. Also, Syracuse.
  10. I didn't play in this one. I just meant my bracket.
  11. Why? I had them losing in the first round. They hadn't won anything in a month.
  12. Look on your Yahoo address book for something that says Import. Click that. Then put in your ISP address.
  13. And DEFINITELY doesn't mean it's legitimate.
  14. You guys sound silly. "Never win again." "Might get 5 more wins." First off, it's spring training. Secondly, things change in a heartbeat. Thirdly, have faith because, fourthly, this might be the most well-rounded Orioles team we've had in years.
  15. I asked for any evidence long before you did. Do you have any that suggests that injuries occur more often on short weeks than otherwise? And you really don't think that most injuries go away with some rest? Excluding tears and breaks, I am certain that any majority of injuries can be healed within ten days.
  16. ...and on the other side of it, there's nothing better than getting as much rest as possible after such a brutal type of game. Especially when we know that we have to play Pittsburgh twice a year. You can argue this both ways, and in the end it nullifies an advantage or disadvantage. The only time playing an early/late in the week game gives a team any certain advantage/disadvantage is when a bye or a gimme game (i.e. Lions) comes into play. There is no real evidence of excessive (let alone just increased) injury after playing on a short week.
  17. That example is absolutely horrible. We had (have) no tight ends on the roster whatsoever, but plenty of corners. Foxworth, Washington, Webb, Walker, Carr (and others). Plus whomever we draft.
  18. That would be nice, but he'd never sign that kind of a deal. Unlike Stallworth, he didn't kill anyone, and he's a decent player. It might be nice to take a look at him, too, but I think they're past looking for bodies at this point. I'm telling you, the news that Washington is on pace to be ready for all preseason activities will help deter them from bringing anyone else in via free agency/trade (the draft is a different question, obviously).
  19. But there's also the advantage of ten days rest afterwards. Late in the season, that's a huge benefit.
  20. My point was that there's never anything better to watch than the Lions game. It's probably the most compelling of the Thanksgiving games every year just for the chances that they might actually win one.
  21. Probably not. Talent is another question, but we already have plenty of DB bodies. This is especially true considering that the Ravens reported today that Washington should be ready for training camp.
  22. Tyler Brayton was just resigned by the Panthers, Cleet.
  23. PLEASE give us a Thanksgiving game. Who doesn't watch football on Thanksgiving? It's the perfect time. Better than watching the Lions and Cowboys.
  24. Four years, $18 million for Edwards.
